They will simply refuse to help you If your car is not up to their standard. I was left stranded in their lot and forced to ruin a 300$ tire to drive out. Brakes Minus, 1 star.

I arrived here today at 2 pm asking for my brakes to be inspected. After 2 hours they charged me 677 which only the labor cost 475 just to have my brakes changed and not very understandable because I don't speak English I just took They didn't fix my car because of the comments and they told me they would give it to me until tomorrow at 12, what a bad service.

WOW! What a difference in service at this location compared to the one down the street. Adam is the manager and apparently oversaw that evans store in the past. That location has gone so down hill and I had a terrible experience. It was filthy, took forever to do nothing and they over quoted me.
I left and rescheduled to come here in hopes it would be a different experience and my was it. They gave me a new quote, citing that some of the labor hadn't been added on which was standard, and some of the quoted work doesn't need to be done. On top of that, the place is so clean! A lovely presentation in the lobby. I don't feel gross sitting in here. And the bathroom is clean too!
The little things make a difference. In addition, Adam, Sam and the team has been so kind, so nice and happy to help me. Their attitude is amazing and they make you feel welcome form the moment they walk in. I know it is not just me too. I hear them on the phone and talking to each other, and just super impressed and glad I came to this location. I will be only coming here in the future!!!

This location used to have good customer service & great quality of service. Unfortunately the last couple of visits, I have experience very especially rude service, that I have steered away from here, just trying to ask for an estimate but got a sarcastic (ridiculous) amount for an answer.Just because I was asking very simple questions about the process of what they planned on doing to my vehicle. I was going here for the convenience & the good customer service because of the the employees that were working there at the time but no longer are there due to the high turnover rate at that point in time. I went to another location and just like night & day, I received the professionalism that I thought usually would come from a nation wide company, (which I am in a customer service profession myself). I gave them another try, which the current one I usually go to now, just to receive the decent interaction of a simple customer to company relationship for my automotive needs. I had told the current place (Centennial) about my experience & was convinced to give them a try again. I did which I had thought would be a simple once over look at my problem. Did not turn out to be. Was told that since it was not that busy that my vehicle would be next, just to be looked at (which all I wanted), then discussed the next process. I left my vehicle there around 11:30 am, they assured me it would take a couple of hours to assess. Thinking to myself, that's not bad. Maybe it's a new store of good service... Wrong, wrong, wrong. Called back a half an hour before they were going to closed, not only my vehicle was not looked at, no one had any idea that it was in line to be looked at, amateurs across the board. I would advise to stay away from this location and get your service elsewhere regardless of convenience. Those were a couple of scenarios of personal experience dealing with this location. I have no idea why this location performs so poorly. It was so nice at one point in time.

My tire popped on the way to work and I was down the street from the brakes plus I pulled in and Koltant Lundy helped me put my spare on. It was really sweet of the guys to help me put my spare on since it had just snowed, and the roads were pretty bad. Definitely save me time. I really appreciated their generosity and helping me even though they don’t personally replace tires. I will definitely go back to them in the future for any services they do offer since they went above and beyond in helping me out with my flat.
