“WOW! What a difference in service at this location compared to the one down the street. Adam is the manager and apparently oversaw that evans store in the past. That location has gone so down hill and I had a terrible experience. It was filthy, took forever to do nothing and they over quoted me.

I left and rescheduled to come here in hopes it would be a different experience and my was it. They gave me a new quote, citing that some of the labor hadn't been added on which was standard, and some of the quoted work doesn't need to be done. On top of that, the place is so clean! A lovely presentation in the lobby. I don't feel gross sitting in here. And the bathroom is clean too!

The little things make a difference. In addition, Adam, Sam and the team has been so kind, so nice and happy to help me. Their attitude is amazing and they make you feel welcome form the moment they walk in. I know it is not just me too. I hear them on the phone and talking to each other, and just super impressed and glad I came to this location. I will be only coming here in the future!!!”

“The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and take the time to chat about the work to be done so I can understand it better. The customer portal they use for paying for repairs and giving customer access to pictures of the work done is fantastic. I can see what was broken and needs to be replaced and records of what we talked about over the phone for approval of work. I haven’t seen a company use this platform before and it’s very refreshing to have an abundance of info like this.”
