“I hope I never have another accident but if I do, I will 100% bring my vehicles to Crash Champions! Communication is on point, the level of understanding is above any other and the knowledge of parts, pricing and getting my car back up to it’s current running state, exceeded my expectations. I would 100% refer this company and will only use them for future repairs if needed. A++++ rating for them and the ladies up front, score even higher! Awesome human beings!! Best experience out of a bad experience I’ve ever had!”

“A true Artist!

It's hard to know where to start to describe my experiences at Eaton Paint and Body. I enlisted the services of Kyle over a year ago on a specialty Kenworth project. Before I trusted him with my Kenworth project I asked him to do a dent repair on my Dodge car. His repair of the Dodge was nothing short of fantastic! I could not tell there was ever a dent in this car it is also a classic muscle car and I am very picky.
After the success with the Dodge I felt I was ready to turn the keys over to the Kenworth. This was a full custom paint and body repair with full interior restoration/customization . This project was done over the course of several months in several different stages because of other subcontractors taking the truck to and from back and forth. I would like to speak to several aspects of Kyle Cook that I have learned throughout this long and highly technical project.

1. Communication. Kyle was always available for me to provide input to and text or call even on weekends when necessary. He would stay in constant communication with me asking different questions that were important to me the owner. These questions are important because the owner is in charge of the car or truck. Every time there is something that comes up money was talked about up front so that there were no surprises.

2. Easy to work with. Different people have different personalities however I've been in business for many decades and worked with hundreds of different owners and it sure is nice dealing with Kyle because he is friendly and sharp and always has a positive attitude.

3. Overcoming obstacles. This is a very unique trait whether it was the Dodge or the Kenworth there's always something that comes up that you find out once you get into a vehicle. The things that were discovered were not the fault of Kyle it's just part of having a vehicle worked on. Instead of complaining about these things that were discovered Kyle found Solutions. That is so critical when you take a vehicle to somebody that they do not wash their hands of it when they encounter an unexpected issue. Kyle is the kind of man that if he takes on a job he will see it through to the end overcoming any challenge that arises that is in his way - - - - - like a damn good Marine----:-)!!

4. Artistic ability. This was far more important for my Kenworth project than the Dodge. With the Dodge we just had to fix a dent. However with the Kenworth project there was literally dozens and dozens of custom touches that were thought of, presented, engineered, and brought to full creation. I have yet to witness a Master Craftsman vehicle painter/designer on this level! The things that he comes up with and has the ability to weld, fabricate, customized, paint, and install is nothing short of amazing. This is literally the kind of work that you see on TV with the guys that build custom motorcycles and hot rods. It is super fun to just watch his brain work and then to turn it into actual finished product.

5. Integrity. This final thing is the most important when you're going to do business. Talk is cheap and everybody flaps their gums in the beginning trying to make a sale and how they're going to do this and how they're going to do that and how they will take care of you......... well it's true talk is cheap! Throughout this extended project there were many opportunities for integrity tests. Kyle passed everyone with flying colors! AND I WAS WATCHING!.... Things that I knew that I would not have known if he had not have told me. He truly passed the test of an honest man. Super super rare in this industry.

I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle Cook and Eaton Paint and Body for anything that you may need repaired or customized from a small fender bender on a regular car to an extreme custom job and everything in between.

“Excellent work! Caliber was quick getting our car through a repaint after being heavily keyed. There is no evidence of the damage after they finished fixing it up. It took a few days longer than they had originally quoted, but they kept us posted on progress continually. Would definitely use them again in the future.”

“I’ve taken my car in twice here, and both times their service has been incredible. They’re friendly, polite, have reasonable pricing, and provide excellent service.
For example, the paint & finishing has been flawless each time, and they always clean our car, leaving it spotless inside & outside after they’re done servicing it.

I highly recommend these guys, you won’t regret it!”

“I've got a 1st generation facelift (89'-92') Standard Transmission 2.9l 2wd Ford Ranger that needed some cosmetic and practical repairs. I've started to make mechanical repairs to it and figured it was about time that I started to tackle some of the body work. Right now, one of my bigger issues has been an ill fitting front hood. It had a massive gap (vertically/horizontally) on the passenger side that would allow water to hit my starter solenoid, battery, and fuse boxes whenever I went through the car wash, making starting the vehicle push-start affair. There was another issue that happened every time I went to pop the hood to work on my truck. It would quite literally "pop" because the back of the hood would get caught on the cowl and after forcing it open it would make an audible bang before freeing it up to prop it up using the hood prop rod. This was damaging the hood and cowl, and exacerbating the paint issues on the cowl and hood. I went to Chavez Auto Rebuilders to get this rectified and opted to only do the repairs to fix the placement and level of the hood without dent or paint. I dropped my truck off at 8am and got a call to pick it up at 11am. Within three hours they were able to sort out my hood so it opened/closed freely. The person who helped me was personable and professional. To top it all off let's just say it was on the low end of the usual $100-$500 for hood bodywork repair. Overall I'm very please with the personnel, results, speed, and price of Chavez Auto Rebuilders and I'd definitely recommend it to folks looking for auto body repair.I'm looking forward to working with them to do a reasonably priced, but high quality two-tone paint job with body/dent repair using only minimal bondo with and emphasis on old-school dent repair (push, pull, rolling, etc...).”

“I recently had the experience of filing an insurance claim and taking my car to Ken Garff Collision Repair. Initially, I found the process a bit slow from the customer standpoint, and it took longer than expected to get my car back, which was frustrating. However, I now understand that the delays were not solely within the control of the Ken Garff shop. They act as intermediaries between the insurance company and other shops, which can impact the speed of repairs. After speaking with Brian French, I was impressed by his dedication to ensuring my repairs were completed satisfactorily. He went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs. Overall, I am very pleased with the job they have done on my car and would definitely return to the shop in the future.”

“I've had a very good experience with Louis, he will work with you and be patient with what you request, and as mechanics go he can only provide the services you allow him too its up to the costumer how stuff is repaired, he has been very patient with me and my circumstance and I will continue to work with him on getting my car back to where it once was, he is an independent company so there must be patience in whatever your situation is, very nice guy”
