I had my first appointment today and Ami did such a FANTASTIC job on my nails!! I try so hard to shop and stay local but had a hard time finding someone to do French manicures that look like I like and last!! It’s so Great to finally find someone who does my nails the way I like!! Thank you Ami! I must include the other tech’s and stylists too! They make you feel so welcome for sure!!

I absolutely love this hair salon! It's located in 3rd Ave the heart of Chula Vista and I must say it's a little gem . Very clean and beautiful salon, followed Covid-19 CDC guidelines. The reason for visiting this salon was because I scheduled an appointment for the first time but definitely not the last with my hair stylist Paulina @hairbypau. Paulina is such a professional and extremely talented.I did a full transformation and she was patient and sweet and explained the whole process. I love my new hair and will definitely keep scheduling with Paulina. I highly recommend her, she will make your hair look exactly how you want it and even better!

So happy I was able to get an appointment with Sarah! Such a cute shop in a great location. I felt very safe with all the measures she took to follow the pandemic guidelines. I got a cut and color and it came out exactly how I wanted it to look and even better than what I imagined! Love the milkshake products she sold me too, smells so good.

This was my first time getting my hair done at this salon and I got referred by a friend to see Sarah. I went in for a haircut and I left in love with how my hair looked and felt! It was so shiny and soft I was in love! It had been months since my last haircut so I really needed it and I loved how Sarah cut it and styled it and she even recommended me some great products! She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! After my appointment I booked my next appointment that same day! Highly recommend Sarah for all your hair needs!

I booked an appointment with Sarah and I was referred by someone else and she's terrible at getting back to her clients. I understand artists are busy, but I had to have the person who referred me to her just to get her back to me. She's terrible at communicating and she made an extremely bad first impression. If she's not taking new clients then she should say that instead of ignoring and dodging every text I've sent her. She never texted me the address when I shouldn't have to ask for it either (I didn't know her IG). In my opinion she should've texted me the address the second she made an appointment. I apologized and tried to reschedule but once again she never gets back.

I came across @hairbypau on Instagram and loved her work. I sent her a text message to book my appointment which she responded to in a timely manner. We did have to cancel my initial appointment, but Paulina was such a doll and communicated directly on the reason behind it and while she ended up seeing me a few days later she was willing to see me on one of her days off prior to that. Can we say committed, I think so! She was so attentive while she did my hair, personable, and professional! She talked me through my hair process and answered my questions thoroughly and politely. Chatting with her was a plus! She recommended products that will help keep my hair beautiful and healthy. I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend doing your hair with her. Color, cut, and style all worth it! Keep it up Pau & thank you again!
