I opened my account in Grand Junction. I live in Fruita so I had an issue with my account and went to this location in Fruita cause that is where I live. I was told I need to go to the branch I opened the account with. I opened the US Bank account cause you have various locations. Absolutely the worst customer service.

The staff is always friendly when I stop by. The best part of banking there is the quality of service that I receive. It is personal and meets my individual needs.

Called and asked if I needed an appointment to apply for a credit card, was told no. Walked in and was told to use the app that they were by appointment only and didn't have time for me. Very dismissive and not helpful.

Right when I walked in there was 3 tellers open yet not one wanted to help. After that the bank manager walked up to Count about 50 ones. He kept counting wrong until he decided to use the money counter. Truly the most unpleasant service. I would highly not recommend this bank.

Banked with US for over a decade - very friendly folks, easy to work with - and of the 'rude' or 'unprofessional' reviews probably come from folks trying to get a bank to bend the rules - that's not how it goes, they're a bank!

Old lady staff was unprofessional and very rude with big attitude i would recommend this fruita branch manager to trained their staff with professional way and behave well with customer.
