How I wish all of my retail and service experiences were like the utterly fabulous one I just had at the O’Reilly location in Fruita, Colorado!!! Tucker went far, far, far above and beyond what he needed to in helping me replace my problematic rear windshield wiper…he is an absolutely incredible employee, and he very much deserves not only a gold star and a crown, but also a raise, and an all expenses paid vacation to the destination of his choice!He is incredibly professional and proficient, but also very personable and I am just so grateful to him.Thank you again, “Dr.” Tucker!!! Both my car and I are feeling so much better now, all thanks to you

Went inside and explained I needed to test my battery and buy a self jumper, they said it would be a second so I asked if I could wait outside bc my dog was in the car. Thirty minutes still no help even after going back side, however I have seen plenty of people drive up, go inside, and leave with what they needed. Shame.
