Heartland Storage is a very secure and clean facility with an attendant present at all times. The advertised unit sizes are accurate and the climate controlled units are nice. The website is easy to access for quick online booking, automatic billing, and immediate paperwork. The gated site is clean with plenty of room. Customer service is excellent, wonderful, and friendly. Staff are polite, nice, and work to resolve any issues right away. The service is very quick and easy. The facility is highly recommended.

I called the office first and spoke with a lady and she was absolutely wonderful in giving me the information I needed. Then I got online and booked it and it was one of the easiest things I’ve done and was very quick. Their service is excellent.
