About Jackson Group Peterbilt - Grand Junction, Colorado
Jackson Group Peterbilt is a great place with awesome and knowledgeable mechanics. The service department is very helpful, gets trucks in quick, and finishes work fast, even same day. They are knowledgeable in Paccar and handle warranty work. However, the parts department sometimes suffers from a lack of knowledge, and one service employee was noted as rude. Overall, it is a very great place for service, described as super helpful and awesome to deal with.

Ron was super helpful and got my truck in right away then finished fast! Great mechanics. They are very knowledgeable in paccar and fixed my injector problem right away and got me covered under warranty.

Awesome place to deal with only reason I can't give a 5 star was the guy in service that I dealt with to take care of my invoice was very rude and had a terrible attitude I wish I'd have gotten his name.
