First impression walking into this place-decent, a place to sleep after a long day at copper mountain, and a hot tub to decompress in. I was SO WRONG about this. My partner and I decided to take a dip in the pool and we were greeted with a cloudy pool, a green hot tub, and another hot tub that wasn’t green but just off and cold. We confronted the staff and the guy on site was friendly and said he would fix the problem as the emergency shut off was turned on earlier-doesn’t explain the green tub but whatever. The worst part of our stay was the DIRTY UNDERWEAR we found in our room- disgusting and tells me this place is unkept and uncleaned. We addressed all the issues at the front desk the next morning and to our surprise the front desk guy was extremely rude. This was a different guy than the one who addressed the pool issue but we explained to him all that happened on our stay and he just laid back in his chair seemingly not giving any attention to our concerns. He raised his voice and got defensive saying he couldn’t do anything about the issues which in turn caused him to cuss us out and tell us he’s calling the cops…when all we asked was for his attention and the manager’s number.Whoever runs this place has no idea how to tend to a business-especially with the thugs they hire. Take your business elsewhere!

Rooms were clean but the halls smelled like everyone was smoking weedThe fitness room was a complete disaster alerted the employees an they didn't seem surprised by my problems - the weight bench was all taped up looked like someone's dog chewed it all up an all but one of the dumbells was missing none of the treadmills worked an the trash was overflowing ?

Not at all as described. A little tired looking and lacking in modern fixtures. USB charge ports would be nice. The swimming pool looked quite inviting. As a diamond member I would have thought a room with a good view might have been more appropriate. There was nothing "boutique" about the place. There is no breakfast available.

This hotel is beautiful covered in snow during winter and the lady at the check-in provided the best service ever to us. I loved the breakfast, views, room, price, and every single thing about it. Better than Ramada next door whose check-in guy was super rude and didn't give us a room after we hit a snowstorm and a car crash.

We were driving home from Denver, and we needed to give our car a break, so we decided to stop in Frisco. My children absolutely loved this hotel, great pool, GAME ROOM, like real games for children to play and keep them entertained, that was a true blessing. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean.Safety: I felt comfortable with my children going around by themselvesFood & drinks: Try Peppino's pizza and subs down the street, the four cheese lasagna is so delicious

The room was decent, but the coffee maker did not work. So why the low rating? First, there was no coffee in the building, 6:00 I was heading to Starbucks due to the coffee maker not working. No breakfast in the building... They don't tell you any of this at check-in or on the Choice site.Next, the guy at check-in seemed like I was an inconvenience, not a customer. Check out there was a different guy who was in a chair in what I assume was the office. I asked for a receipt. He never came out of the office nor out of the chair, just leaned over once again like I was an inconvenience. I had to reach out to him to get the receipt since he was too lazy to get up.The motel is like a maze with no good signage. They had a doorway closed off since they painted a yellow strip on the floor. Trying to figure out how to get to the lobby was an adventure. I didn't realize I had to access the lobby from the sevond floor, not the first.Overall, this motel was a cluster of a mess. Hope you all get it straightened out soon

Wow this is great for the price especially Thanksgiving weekend! Passing thru to Arkansas and found this gem! It’s huge quite cheap and good. It is not a 5 star but is great for what it is! Can tell at one time this place was amazing! Will for sure stay here again. Don’t park In the back up front only!

My room was clean,,, but shower was broken, the hot tubs, one was cold was was Luke but jets didn’t work In warm one. Siting in sauna it’s turned up been 15 mins barely anything,,, no impressed,,, laundry room was filthy,,, weight room didn’t have weights,,, do not recommend.

My car broke down in Frisco CO while I was traveling from California to Massachusetts on a busy weekend. The hotels in the area were booked although I was able to find a room at the hotel. An employee (Cody) went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and spacious. Considering I did not have a prior reservation the pricing was not as expensive as I was thinking it would be. The staff I encountered extremely friendly. I ended up having to fly home and leave my car behind in the hotel parking lot for 3 weeks. The staff reassured me they would keep an eye on the car and it would not get towed. Finally after a few weeks I was able to find a tow company to bring my car to Massachusetts. When a car breaks down 1900 miles away from home and you are able to find a clean hotel to sleep that is not expensive that is a plus. Thank you Cody and the staff for the great stay. Keep up the team work!

The room was average, bathroom was clean , but the toilet seat lid was broken. One thing I would like to address is the man who lefted me book my room, Bruno. Bruno was clear and professional, and made it very easy to get my room booked. After I get my room, I'm getting stuff from the car and this man Bruno is helping an elderly woman up the stairs in the lobby. Bruno is an excellent employee and truly was there to help everyone. I wouldn't mind staying here again

front desk staff was amazing. linens were nice.everything else was disgusting, inconsistent and disappointing.common areas - dirty, 1st floor bathroom no sink water, signs directing to a non - existent restaurant, indirect access to elevatorpool area - dangerous with the surrounding slippery ceramic tile. pool was slimy, sauna did not workRoom - fridge didn't work, trash behind bed, no towel racks, no luggage jack, peeling wallpaper, scuffed furniture...property - parking cluster, weird people hanging in parking lot and approaching guests. uncommunication about constructionoverall - would never consider staying here again or recommending to others.

The hotel is under renovation/remodel. The remodel is much needed, rooms are dark and outdated. Air conditioning isn't working in all rooms, upon checking in my initial room was unacceptable with old dirty worn out carpet, the curtains were hanging off the curtain rod, the shower wouldn't drain properly. So the next 5 rooms I was placed in either had no AC or the keys didn't work. With every switch of a room, I was dragging my suitcase, etc around the hotel. So the last room I was given also has a broken AC unit in it, but I'm too exhausted to change now

The pool never opened. The entire hotel including towels and linens smelled of cigarettes. Our door latch didn't latch at all. The ONLY good thing I had to say is that the man who checked us in was very kind. We were overcharged a lot.
