Here are our experiences with Todd Winegar and Summit Resort Services: When we were interviewing cleaning companies to regularly clean our unit in Keystone, Todd seemed competent and professional so we hired him. We would soon see some wildly unethical and unprofessional behavior. After just a few cleanings, we shared a guest's minor criticism of Todd's cleaning, which evoked a rude and unprofessional response from him. In short order he announced he was quitting(while we had a guest in the unit) but refused to respond to calls and emails trying to address his anger and behavior. This was followed by unexplained additional charges on our final bill- when we asked for explanations, he refused to communicate, answer or return calls or return our key. Despite repeated requests to simply communicate so we could resolve his issues and get our key back, he would not respond. Later, he had the audacity to attempt to tack on 'late charges' to our bill, threatened to place a lien on our property and launched into personal attacks. At one point he wrote,'This will be an ongoing nightmare for you. I promise'. He was right- dealing with Todd Winegar and Summit Resort Services felt like a nightmare for us. Draw your own conclusions
