In a society where customer service can be non existent, Rebel Sports goes the extra mile. They are not only great bike mechanics, but the entire crew will make you glad you came in!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Ordered my bike online and had to shipped to Rebel Sports. They put my new bike together. Picked it up and the gentleman that helped me had me go through the bike. Gave me tips and tricks. Rode the bike around and was impressed.Thank you Rebel Sports!

I came in with a busted binding strap and Bob found me an extra one, drilled the hole to match my binding, and didn’t even charge me. Friendly is an understatement.

I love this place! I borrowed a bike from a friend this summer, and they were great in helping me get what I needed to make it work for me! I've been in here for snowboarding gear, too, and they always have what I'm looking for. The best part is that the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and never pushy. They want to help you find what's right for you, even if they don't have it on hand. Highly recommend!

This shop has knowledgeable and helpful staff for high performance mountain bike rentals. They set us up with bikes and adjusted them for our height and weight plus the best part was plenty of suggestions on which to trails to ride in the area.

I've rented both bikes and skis from them many times over the past few years. I've always been extremely impressed with their rental equipment and service! I'd recommend doing a Vail Pass bike ride through them for anyone who wants a great way to see the mountains.

Rented e-bikes with a group of friends and the customer service and bikes were awesome!!! The manager Tim was super helpful and got us all set-up in no time. I’ll be coming back to rent skis this winter. Thanks Rebel!

Service was ok getting out but the bike was very overpriced for the quality ($65/hr). The bike would shift poorly and was not oiled. Turned out to be poorly aligned rear derailleur that got stuck on the trail. I needed 2 strong folks on the trail to get it physically un-jammed. I called the shop and told them it would take longer but it was bc of their lack of maintenance. When I came, the front desk gal tried to charge me for 3 hours but I told her I had called, it was their issue, and she said she knew nothing about bikes, didn't apologize etc. The maintenance guy came out to tell me that it was my fault because I "dry-shifted" it. Ironically, I've been riding for 26 years and ride every week. Save your money and find a shop off the main strip that actually cares.
