“We are just moving into a second home in Summit County and have had to work hard at transferring prescriptions from our hometown. Everyone knows what a hassle this is, and how difficult it can be. Except at the Walmart Pharmacy. They have gone out of their way to help and serve us and we have had a tremendous experience. The head pharmacist, Charlotte, has been especially helpful but so have several of the other assistants. I can’t for the life of me understand why this location doesn’t get higher ratings. We think it’s a 5-star level of service.”

“Customer service at this location is out of this world. This team that runs this pharmacy are one of the best I've ever filled prescriptions with. With having to get prescriptions for myself and others, Terry, Brandon, Eileen are the dream team. They KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK. This 3 person team executes vaccinations, filling meds, phones, faxes all this crazy stuff all at the same time while providing the most amazing service I've ever had at a retail pharmacy. I'm not sure who's in charge at that place but all 3 of those team members need to be promoted. Everyone's so pleasantly respectful. I see tourists all day be so mean and rude to these wonderful people and I needed to put it out on the internet because they get hacked on all day long and all I see on their end is great customer service and smiles from their side of the counter.
