If I could I'd give Rae and KJM Floor Store 10 stars! Rae is so easy to work with and the showroom has a great selection. I didn't want the most expensive or the cheapest carpet and pad, but rugged enough to withstand two boisterous grandsons. Installation was a breeze and took less time than originally scheduled. I am very happy with the results and look forward to working with KJM again for all my tile, flooring and carpet needs. I

We used KJM on a recent renovation. Rae was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to selecting the flooring material, and Rich's installation was especially beautiful, and he was very understanding when we made a last minute change to the project, and he was still able to complete the job on time. True professionals & amazing work! Rich and Rae & KJM are an amazing team. Rich, Juan and all their employees true craftsman. They renovated our mtn home and made it more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. They we courteous and treated our project as if they we renovating their own home. So convenient to pick out all of the finishes in their Summit County showroom.

I have been doing business with KJM Floor Store and Design in Frisco since the 1980's. They have always had a wonderful selection of vintage to modern day high quality carpet to choose from and their installation has been unsurpassed. They are accommodating and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new carpet or flooring, commercial or residential. Talk to Rae, she is quite knowledgeable.

Can't say enough about the quality and workmanship and the professionalism and friendliness of everyone in this store. They were extremely helpful. There were a few issues with the shipping carrier of our carpet (no fault of KJM Floor Store) and KJM worked it all out and gave me and my family and outstanding installation. We could not be more pleased! KJM Floor Store certainly exceeded our expectations.

I met Rich and Rae of KJM Floor Store when they were recommended to me by a neighbor. We needed their help urgently as a Deer had jumped through a closed window on our ground floor and made a bit of a mess of the Media Room carpet! As this is a second home and we were out of town it was awesome that we had been put in touch with KJM as they are used to the special needs of 2nd and 3rd homeowners who need a full service while not necessarily being present to oversee work. No problem with Rich, Rae and their team. You can trust the job will be done: on time, on budget and 100% perfect. I cannot recommend KJM highly enough!
