Super fun place! Only problem is that I end up stealing most of my kid’s candy.

Some places have poor selection, and others are overpriced. This place has it both - in spades! Head over to Breckenridge for better options.

Poor service, lied to our faces about the skating conditions and would not give refunds.

Super stale candy. I bit into a piece of taffy and it was rock hard, gummies tasted stale and were tough. Chocolate also tastes stale. Popcorn might be worth it, but I didn't try. Overpriced as well.

This store had a good selection of candy and the staff was very friendly. A little expensive but prices were expected for a ski town. Overall great experience.

UPDATE: The owner of this business contacted me and his response was dismal. He is not interested in making things right with the customer (me), or that his clerk decided to tell me out of the blue that he was a killer of endangered species and that he considered leopards "pests"... I didn't ask this clerk for his opinion, he offered this up based on the fact I was wearing an African safari baseball hat, (I am a big cat conservationist). The owner's response to my review was condescending and it was clear he had no desire to make this situation better. He offered "advice" on giving me organizations who could spread my message, he scoured my account and suggested that my other reviews were biased and similar in opinion, thereby saying that they were not valid, completely discounting the fact that I had this experience in HIS store from HIS employee. I was there to buy candy for the kids, not to hear some clerk tell me how much he enjoyed killing wild animals for fun. Yes, this happened to me and when I see offensive crap like this, I call it out. No, thank you, I do not need your advice for organizations to check out, I need your employees to act like candy store clerks and not tell random customers that they like to travel to Africa and slaughter endangered species! This made me so angry, as did this manager's response. I wish I had taken a photo of that bearded man behind the counter so everyone could see what kind of a person thinks it's ok to kill endangered species for "fun". Disgusting. And a piss-poor accusatory response from Christopher Z., the manager.

We promised our kids the candy store after the best day of skiing ever. Mini donuts, nope. Cookies, nope. Candy, yep. They passed it all up for a $4 tub of cotton candy each. The store is fine, rather big for what they had inside. Some of the tubs were empty and most were 1/4 full or less. It fit the bill for what our kids wanted, so it was just fine.

The guys working here were great. They were extremely friendly and helpful. My friends came in to ice skate and were very happy with their experience. The older gentlemen who clearly had worked there for a long time was so helpful to them with their ice skates and everything revolving around their experience. Meanwhile, I was more interested in the candy and sweets. I looked around and asked questions and both the younger and older gentleman were helpful to direct me to the best things for what I was looking for. I bought a water and a special rice crispy treat that was cocoa based and looked so amazing. It wasn't as good as I was hoping, but it was good nonetheless. I'm sure other things they were recommending more were better, but that particular item was calling my name. I would go check this out just for the great experience with the staff, but also grab yourself a treat while you're there. Listen to their recommendations, I'm sure they have more amazing things than the one that caught my eye. Definitely go visit them!
