Wow, this is hilarious what just happened to me at this place. Extremely rude and aggressive female worker came out the counter and started following me while I was on the phone speaking to my wife, as we were deciding what selection of liquor we were buying for our Frisco shop opening. She interrupted me, made me hang up my phone call and started yelling "I was not allow to speak on the phone inside their shop" in a very loud and aggressive manner, forcing me to walk out the door pretty much. Really crazy. We are long time locals (15+ years) and never had any experience like this before in our community ! Never understood why this crazy lady was so mad and had that aggressive attitude. Went to Basecamp Wine & Spirits right after and they were so nice (as always) that they gave us 15% off our 1630$ purchase after I told them what just happened at Antlers. Really nice people there at Basecamp Wine & Spirits and way, way better prices! :)

They took my real ID and called the police to check it out. They didn't give me any discount for waiting a while for it. I ended up wanting to return some of the drinks i got, and he didn't give me a receipt to return it. Wish I can get my money back, had to throw out the drinks cause I had a flight to go on :(

Overall decent selection/ good variety. I went looking for bourbon and while they did have a good selection they were way over priced from MRSP. They also have a decent wine selection. The wine was also a little overpriced but not as overpriced as the bourbon. Staff was friendly and willing to help though.

Love this place and the people there! Went there for the first time the other day to find a nice Pilsner. Walked out with a good one, thanks to the awesome guy who helped me (I didn’t catch his name). The manager was cool too! Went back the next day to try another beer, and got to talk to the same guy and he was very helpful. Sad to go back home soon, especially because these guys here are so awesome. 10/10 recommend coming here. :)

Awsum Wife And I Wanted To Getaway Frisco Was The Spot And We Were A Little Thirsty We Found Antlers By Total Mistake When We Walked Through The Door My Wife Was Eyes Wide Open On The Wine Selection I Could Smell The Cigars And I Could See The Beers In Back Glass Doors I Had Asked The Mgr. At The Desk Do You Have Anything In A Kolsh He Walked Me Back To The Cold Beer And He Took His Time Showing Me 5 Kolsh Beers I Bought 2 Sixers, Wife Loved 2 Wines We Want To Say We Will Be Back Ha I Forgot The Cigars But Next Time Thanks Have A Great Start Of The New Year. Stellar experience in terms of costumer service, super friendly staff, great variety, very reasonable prices PLUS they have German Glühwein at a very good price) which is very hard to find in the US. :)

After being insulted by the manager and him threatening to call the police, a man - I assume who was the manager, forced me to empty my pockets accusing me of being a thief. I was simply buying bitters for the $100 bottle of Wellers I had purchased previously.After proving that I wasn’t a thief I was given no apology and he angrily stormed to the back. I wish I would have had him call the police.Basecamp Spirits or Dillon Ridge Liquors are far better selections and prices. Absolutely atrocious behavior.

Stopped by this store while our friends were grabbing their rentals next door. Wanted to see what local beers were available. When checking out both myself and my fiance were asked for IDs, that's when my fiance realized he left his wallet at home. He immediately left the store and I asked if I could check out. The cashier refused to sell me the alcohol and asked me to leave. I was buying one tall bottle of beer (22oz.) not anything extravagant or suggesting I was buying for anyone other than myself.If there are rules in place the cashier has to follow, I completely understand. All the cashier had to do was explain that to me. "I cannot sell the alcohol to you because of XYZ reason." I was an out-of-towner met with extreme hostility. I'm not some freshly 21 year old trying to buy alcohol for everyone in the block.
