One of the best vehicle purchase experiences I've had in a while. Everyone that I worked with were very friendly and accommodating from the receptionist to finance! My sales rep Hannah N. went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and kept me well informed while on a wait list for a GX550. At no point in time did I feel forgotten about! I believe it is dedication like this that creates a family like environment and customer loyalty!

Under construction, remodel- was very hard to figure where to go for parts. People were not very helpful. Just was getting some parts, don't know about the rest of the place.

I purchased my new vehicle from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick in Aug 2024. Jodi W. was my sales consultant and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. She was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus. Since I live almost 60 miles away, Jodi helped me out a lot by negotiating my trade-in value and new vehicle price over the phone. It made the overall purchase process much faster as I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours. Scott A. was very patient with me. He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. He was extremely busy and he still made a point to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership was fair with me on my trade-in. They were transparent with their pricing and did not have any hidden costs that were a surprise to me when I sat down with the finance office. I’ve found other dealerships around the Denver area not so honest and straightforward with me. That’s why I will be referring all my friends and family to Stevinson dealerships and Jodi specifically with Lexus of Frederick. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the entire team. Thank you Stevinson!

My wife scheduled a test drive. Upon arrival it took them 15 minutes to find the keys, the salesperson was clueless about the vehicle and proceeded to take a personal call, then the replacement salesperson asked what my wife was doing because the car had already been sold and could not be taken for a test drive. What a waste of time. She walked out.

I purchased a pre-owned Lexus from Sabrina Charlesworth at Lexus of Frederick, she was professional and a delight to work with. She worked very hard verifying details about the vehicle and negotiating with management on my behalf. I recommend working with Sabrina!

Disappointed about my recent experience with the service department. Appointment for a tire alignment. When I returned the vehicle needed further repair; no problem. Parts were ordered and I scheduled a second appointment for a tire repair and alignment. Dropped off the vehicle and advised the vehicle would be completed late afternoon; still not a problem. I don’t believe the vehicle was even looked at based on the Lexus app but still not a problem because the vehicle could stay in service until the following day. Additional immediate work was found and I approved the newest problem to be corrected. Received my vehicle back and the original reason for the appointment was the alignment was not completed. Disappointed that I need to return for a third alignment appointment.

My review comes after buying a used car there. There isn't a clear process on their end to standardize the buying experience which leaves gaps in the value of your purchase at this dealership.
For example, after negotiating price and condition of the vehicle, they sold me a 2022 car with 1 key. This was never disclosed in the purchased price and they refused to make a second key upon request. Key FOBs are significant ownership expense in a vehicle.
Furthermore, the condition of the vehicle was presented as a "1-owner" vehicle per the carfax. The reality was the 1-owner was Enterprise LLC (not the startrek space craft) and it was rental. There was no transparency or direct recognition of the fact that it was a rental. Cars with a previous history of being rental cars retail for significantly less than non-rentals because of increased wear and tear.
At the end of the day their sales process is missing some critical items like number of keys and past vehicle history disclosure. This greatly affects the value of your purchase at this dealership.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Hannah was my sales advisor and answered my questions, kept me posted on delivery, and was incredibly pleasant the whole time. Alden in finance was transparent, not pushy, and got me a great deal. I’m so happy with my purchase and I know I picked the right dealership!

Up front customer service was excellent, but beware of promises made and the warranty they want to sell you! This may have been a one-off experience, but doesn't feel too good...
Purchased a vehicle with a bit of hail damage from the storm over a year ago, with a promise to replace dented trim and other items. After, Id say 50 attempts to get them to call me back, we finally got a manager to help figure it out.. It took a year to finally get me in for replacement parts. The replacement parts were replaced after 2 visits (because they didn't replace everything the first time), but they caused damage to the paint (the paint is scratched significantly)... and the replacement trim started coming loose within a month or so. I reached out, but ZERO response. My opinion is that once we signed off on that We OWE, they were done with us. I realize it was a hassle but it was promised and part of the deal...
BEWARE of poor quality repairs being promised on a WE OWE. Get them to promise OEM parts and quality repairs within a reasonable amount of time!
Then we just found out that the extended warranty was not a good policy (according to Acura).
So BEWARE of the Total Care Auto Comprehensive Warranty. Look at all the exclusions...

They don't pick up their phones. Can't reach anyone at the dealership. Typical Colorado work ethic and vibe. Doesn't understand what communication is. Take your business to a business that wants to sell cars.
