Kayelene encouraged my wife and I to go on the Icon of the Seas and WOW! What a ship. She set us up with a suite and a concierge and everything is perfect. We’ve booked with her before and have had nothing but great service. She plans amazing vacations. ?? ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Kaylene was amazing and has helped us on several trips (Alaska, Caribbean, and Europe). She really knows the in and outs of cruising and traveling in general. I would highly recommend her and Need Travel Now.
