Very poor management. They lie to the customers about how busy they are and they are Not busy. Can't pay their bills. They are on a cash only with all their dealerships and parts companies. P Card gets shut off all the time because even that card gets declined. So your parts are always delayed. The GM and RM hide in the back and will not address the customer. I would never take my vehicle to any Kaizen especially the one in Frederick Colorado. Again they lie and cheat the customer out of precious time. I know first hand!!! Please do your homework!! Paying for parts is important for a business. They will lie!!!

Quality control at this shop is terrible. They had my vehicle for over a month and tried to make delivery twice. The first time paint was textured and showed a line where repair was. Second time wasn’t any better, color was off and clear coat wasn’t shiny. We ended up accepting the vehicle simply because we were involving the vehicle as trade for a new car.

Stay away at all cost! This place will lie ,steal and cheat. Halley will straight up lie to your face. They have had my truck for 4 months and trashed it ,left windows open and rain or snowed inside. Broke things and reset setting for no reason and point blame everywhere else. There is zero accountability and they don't care about your personal property. 5 completions dates missed excuses after excuses but all lies, just incompetent employees.
Also Battery was dead when I got it back!

The Positive: Kaizen did a great job with repairs and communication. The car was also super clean when returned to me. The Negative: Kaizen took almost 6 weeks to repair my car although they promised 4 weeks. My rental car coverage ran out after 1 month so I was without a car for 10+ days. Problem could have probably been mitigated if employees could "think outside the box"

It was an absolute pleasure working with your team. Each member demonstrated knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism at every interaction. From start to finish, we felt supported by a team genuinely committed to our best interests. Despite the current challenges in the auto parts industry, the repairs were completed much quicker than expected. We must admit, we were absolutely blown away when we saw the car. Both the interior and exterior were in impeccable condition—clearly cleaned with tremendous effort and meticulous attention to detail. On a scale from 1 to 10, we wish we could give you a 20!

NEVER GO HERE! First off, the customer service is nonexistent. Being hung up on by the receptionist after asking to hold as calls were never returned was the last straw. Our truck was there for MONTHS and after it was ‘fixed’ for what the original issue was they scratched the truck and to fix a scratch is now going on an additional week 3. Pathetic, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful…. Take this as a warning and find a reputable shop.

There was a lot of miscommunication up front. The auto text they send out are a joke. They take too long to work on cars.

Paint was flawless, besides there were some over spray line x and spots here and there in the bed if the truck. Nothing too major. Customer service kept in touch the entire time with updates.

I had to get my bumper changed on my brand new subaru due to an accident.. Jordan and Shelly at the front desk were amazing. They made it so easy for me to deal with this, kept me up to date with everything. My car looks brand new again and i couldnt be happier.
