“Huge thank you to Bryce and Mario on the truck for doing a great job on our furniture delivery! They are out of Thornton I believe.They were so thoughtful and conscientious of where we wanted everything and not scuffing any floors, and they were also insanely quick and polite!They found a few small damages to our tables and called customer service right away to report them and get us a small discount.Overall 10/10 - they did great! I would trust either of them in my home or with my items anytime.Thank you!”

We run a rescue for primarily poultry and they are our go to.To the staff of this store as a prior manager of a retail outlet you are an amazing and wonderful team, your customer service is delightful because it comes from bonds we build. It's because of this hometown feeling here I will keep driving 40 mins to here. I wouldn't trade my monthly trips for the world.”

She is friendly, professional and I really appreciate her design expertise! Maddy suggested that I bring in my pillows that I wanted to use on my new sofa and she helped me select a fun color that would coordinate with the pillows and blend with my living room chairs and rug. “Reviews can be misleading -- I find that for stores, people don't usually think to leave a review unless it was a bad experience. Like I'm not out here leaving a review on every Target or Walgreens I go toAnyway, back to the store. I have been to many Ross locations in a couple states, and this is definitely one of the better ones! They are decently stocked and the staff seem to enjoy their jobs. The store was relatively clean when I went on Saturday. The cashier accidentally scanned one of our items twice, but when we went back in to correct it she was extremely kind and apologetic. It was a busy day, I don't blame her honestly. It's hard to find an in-person store nowdays thats cheaper than Amazon, so Ross is definitely a win”
