Rosemary was wonderful! The weather did not allow me to wash my vehicle before I dropped it off and they took care of it and returned it spotless with amazing workmanship. Looks like a brand new truck.

The team at Caliber Collision is incredibly efficient and friendly. The office manager Sydnee Plessinger was communicative and ensured things moved in a timely manner. The body tech (Gabe) did an outstanding job on my car, perfectly matching the paint when repairing the bumper and side panel. You'd never guess it was ever in an accident! This location is highly recommended!

We took our lexus to Caliber after another body shop had delivered our car back to us wirh broken door panels and mis matched paint- Caliber fixed everything and repainted it to a perfect match! I highly recommend Caliber for your repairs, they are the only body shop we will ever use…

A huge thank you to Caliber Collision, and Rosemary in particular, for their kindness and patience during the time my car was with them for repairs. Completely unrelated to the car repairs I was going through an insanely challenging time personally and Rosemary was so patient, kind and compassionate -ensuring that my car repairs remained on track without adding any additional stress to my life during an otherwise very difficult time. I cannot sing her praises enough! While I certainly hope I won’t need their services again in the future if I do, they will be my first and only stop.

Caliber Collision in Frederick, CO was awesome! I had not been happy with another location a few years back, but Danny, the manager in Frederick, asked me to give them a try and promised that “he’d treat me right!” And they did!! It was a bit a drive for me but I am very happy with my experience and the results!! Thank you for restoring my faith and keeping your promise.

EDIT: after getting the number of the vice president of caliber things got smoother. They of course dont condone the supposed actions of their employees as of course neither do we. When I explained that if my driver was told to bring the car there and we cant change that she understood and was sympathetic to that fact. We appreciate the willingness to resolve an issue despite it needing to come straight from the second in command. We hope both companies can understand the needs of each other moving forward. Refuse customers cars and fight with a wrecker service who by law has to drop there per the customers request. Wouldn't recommend. When asking for a manager the manager gate kept and refused to offer his superiors number. Lots of other body shops interested in doing their jobs in the area. OK to pass this one by.

We took our daughter’s brand new car here to have it repaired for severe hail damage. New roof, trunk, hood and windshield as well as damage to all sides of the car. They got the car in quickly and had it fixed in a very timely manner. Their work was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for any auto body repair needs.
