Got a flat tire at winter park, out of range for roadside assistance - Daniel Washburn managed to squeeze us in to patch our flat and get us back on the road even though they were fully booked this afternoon. SO grateful for the incredibly kind, efficient service that helped us out of a tough spot!!! Could recommend more highly!

Took my car here for an oil change and vehicle inspection. It was a fair price for both (my car is a 2007, and it was about $90). The inspection was thorough and included pictures. On top of that, I had to take a tire off my car, and they put on the spare for me, no charge. Thanks for taking care of me and my car!

I was about to start my 10.5 hour drive home with my 4 young kids, and my check engine light came on. First thing in the morning I stopped by just to see if they could read whatever code was causing the problem. They helped me right away! They cleared the oil filter (not sure of the terminology) and got me all set so I could make it home and then take a more comprehensive approach to solving the issue with a trusted, local, mechanic! No delays in our trip home and we all made it safe and sound. Thank you for your great service!

My 4Runner overheaded and started leaking coolant on a ski trip. These guys got me in and out with a new radiator super quick. I've put 2k miles on my truck since then and it runs great.

I've come here for over 4 years for oil changes. They charged me 66$ to plug a small puncture in my tire. Something they did for free 2 years ago. I will never give them another dollar. Greedy stuff from a place I previously trusted.

My tire blew out on Saturday night and I got a tow to Fraser tire and auto, I left a message with someone that night explaining the issues and asking when I’ll be able to get a tire. Without hesitation, he said Monday. Monday morning comes around, I drive and hour and a half to get up here early and they said the soonest they would have a tire for my car would be the following day. We decided that we would just go get a tire and come back. After we drove 2 1/2 hours to go get a tire and come back, we’re given a 6 hour waiting time for a single tire. Completely stupid. Not only was i deliberately told that I would get my car finished on Monday, but I was delayed, and had to go to a different tire shop despite me offering to take the old tire off my car, and driving to pick up a tire on their behalf.

The team at Winter Park Fraser Tire and Auto was tremendously helpful!!! Stopped in without an appointment today for some tire worries. They checked our truck and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. Can’t say enough good things prior to our 950 mile truck home. Great work guys and Thank You!!!

I have been here twice, first for an oil change and check up and second for help with the electrical dash. Both times I received excellent and timely service. I was treated well and got everything taken care of.
