A hidden gem in the Winter Park area! Highly recommend visiting Kamie for a massage. She brings an experienced, intuitive approach to a massage that melts away any tension you come in with. Will probably drive up from Denver just for the massage!

Kamie is the best therapist I have ever worked with. I have been a professional athlete my entire life and have done extensive damage to my body. You will get the best massage ever at Body Kneads. Kamie definitely knows what your "body needs". She remains educated and customizes your experience accordingly. When I travel to Colorado from Maryland, I HAVE to have a massage with her. It's the perfect compliment after skiiing, mountain biking, hiking etc...

I started going to see Kamie at her new massage and pilates studio this year after getting an unbelievable massage while she was working for another massage studio up in Winter Park, CO. I've had many massages from other people in the past. At this point, I only see Kamie when I'm in need of good body work. Her 90 minute integrative massage is the best around.
