After depositing my paycheck and waiting nearly a week for the funds to be available I called the the local branch. The guy who answered was incredibly rude and would not provide any kind of explanation other than trying to try to convince me that after 6 days I was still in the 2 day waiting period. Even after adjusting for the weekend that math just don’t work(am I really trusting my money with someone who can’t count to two). He couldn’t or wouldn’t even tell me when it would be available. His solution was for me to just use my credit card for now. Maybe that’s their con, they deny you access to money, forcing to use their credit card.

Before the switch to BMO, BOW was closed on random days. I was hopeful that BMO would be different. Alas, they are no better. I just went to the bank on 12.21.2023 and they were closed. No signs up stating why or when they would open, only that they were closed for Christmas and New Year's Day. I have no complaint about the staff but for some reason the doors are closed often. I have already moved some of my account to City Wide Bank and have had no issues with them. They give better interest rates so it is a bit of a no brainer to move to them.Hope you get better BMO, otherwise, so long.

I've found the switch from Bank of the West to BMO to be awful. Web experience is worse among other things.

Wow. Where do I even start. Maybe with they are lucky Google makes you give at least a star. There are so many problems with BTW it is not even funny. This is absolutely by far a bank worse then SVB, and we all know what happened to them. Start by withdrawing all the money you wish to claim yours. They do not work for you, only to get you. Fees are ridiculous and that is their best quality, high fees. A simple deposit will take 15 minutes to process if you are first in line. They will pretend to work for you and work against you behind your back. This will not be your money. They will lie to you. Well this is true if they decide to open for the day. Online services are from the stone age. You will have better luck giving the homeless money and trusting they will use it to better their life. If you don't like your hard earned money, I would still run from them. Beware as this will hopefully at least save a few from losing everything.

Incredible. This branch never seems to fail in pure amazement. After giving them the review they deserved 2 years ago, I just found out about some surprise collection they filed for $2700 for absolutely no reason. No one can tell me at their corporate office and how can I owe money after checking account is closed by them. Pure scam artists and fighting it all the way.

It's a bummer but you can't even call the bank anymore. It goes to a message that says call a 1-800 number that tries to sell you a bunch of scams. Its like they just gave up on doing proper business.

Wish I could give negative stars for this particular branch. Pretty evil to close someone's account on Christmas eve. Our family and young children were affected by their negligence and then on top of it they act like they could do no wrong. Disgusting!

The worst bank I have ever been to. Closed my account on Christmas eve just to screw with my kids Christmas. So awful. Management is the worst and the staff not far behind

Over the course of my account I had numerous "service" charges that only seemed to happen when it put the account into the negative. Then the would charge an overdraft. Horrible rates as well. I recommend using a different bank.

Only known them a couple seasons but the staff at this BotW have always been professional and do their best to take care of everyone.
