The talented technicians at Hoff Frame and Collision did fantastic job restoring my damaged 1998 Toyota 4Runner to its beautiful original condition. Part of this involved repairing frame damage which most body shops don’t want to mess with. The owner, Randy Hoff, was communicative, accommodating and positive throughout the process--a true gentleman. Great experience……Highly recommended….Services: Painting

Great place to get your car fixed. We have an older car and didn’t want to put a ton of money into it. He was able to find a used drivers side mirror, and installed it at a fraction of the price.

I brought my daughters car to Randy Hoff after she was involved in an accident. He / they did the WORST work I have EVER experienced from an automotive garage. Here are a few of the many issues we have noticed / experienced since picking up the car: 1. Her windshield is full of pock marks, assumingly as a result of gravel and rocks from their gravel parking lot being "sprayed" onto her car. 2. The same holds true regarding chips in the paint on the hood of the car. 3. They replaced one of the headlights with a none LED light, thus not matching the non-replaced headlight. 4. They put additional support around the headlight, so that it is nearly impossible to change the headlight. 5. They attached the front fender with broken and loose clamps, so it didn't sit flush, thus we needed to have the broken clamps replaced because the fender was loose and hanging down. Again, these are just some of the issues. When we took the car to a different garage, for I will NEVER go back to Hoff, they told me this was the worst job fixing a car they had ever seen, and they couldn't figure out what Hoff was doing. This is after I paid Hoff $5,000. The odd part is that Randy went on vacation while my car was at his garage. Maybe, just maybe, Randy took the money I gave as a down payment and spent it on his vacation, as opposed to using it to buy the correct and appropriate parts for the car...just maybe. Long story short...I WILL NEVER USE RANDY AND HOFF AUTOMOTIVE AGAIN, AND I SUGGEST IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK FROM AN HONEST GARAGE, YOU DON'T USE HOFF EITHER.
