“We ordered a cake from Wellspring Bakery for our daughters birthday and it was everything we could have asked for! It was beautifully decorated, moist, and delicious! Brianna worked with us on our ideas and flavor preferences, and was so helpful from the beginning to pickup. We will absolutely be back with any other bakery needs we need, I highly recommend giving this place a try!”

“I visited the Buddy Center to drop off donations of towels that they can use as bedding. There is a place right outside the door to drop off items. I had to go in just to see the animals. The place is always clean. It is much smaller than the Denver location so not a large selection. I have adopted a cat from the Buddy Center in the past. They only had 2 cats in this visit, but quite a few adorable bunnies.”

“We attend for adaptive horse riding and it's been the best experience. My daughter has angleman syndrome along with impulse behaviors and they have been working so well with her and adapting to her needs. We love this place.”

“The gentleman who works here is always helpful. He always offers to gather my second hand items from my car. I suggested he start asking for tips because this is a lost art!”

“I love Chec and support them whenever I can!! I see them at the homeschool conference every year and whenever I have a question they are always there with a smile on their face and so eager to help answer my questions. They are a valuable resource for our homeschool community and I'm so thankful to see them at all the homeschool functions ready to give encouragement to any family needing guidance and support.”

“We come all the way from Aurora to swim here. You're not choking on chlorine here and if you're just there to watch your kids swim, you don't feel like you're sitting in a terrarium. It's just cleaner.”

“Note- the only things that should matter with a canine rescue are: -do they love the animals and do their best to give them a good home? -Are those working for/volunteering with the organization generally pleasant to deal with? -Do they operate with integrity and do what they say they are going to do? The answer here is a yes for all three. Highly recommend.Recurring trend on the negative reviews here is just people who get apps denied. Sour grapes. Guess what, I got my app denied somewhere else for a reason I thought was sort of silly but who cares! The criteria was there plain as day, I just didn’t notice it. You know what I did? I applied somewhere else (here) and found an amazing animal to add to our family. The rescue took care of getting her up to date on everything she needed and even covered surgery that was needed prior to finalizing adoption. Those that I dealt with were kind and courteous and obviously care very much about the animals. If you get your application denied, it’s not personal. Literally. They don’t “know” you, so all they can do is set up criteria using many different experiences. It’s the best way to do this. If you don’t meet the criteria here… apply somewhere that you do, drive over to dumb friends league, etc. there are *many* dogs that need adopting. My experience with this group was excellent.”

“Lots of great items. Fun excursion! If you want to browse, you will always find a treasure here. Lots of unique items. Some of their clothes have the original price tags. Find an old piece of furniture and chalk paint it and you will be delighted with the end result. Hobby Lobby and Joanne's have chalk paint in all colors. WalMart also had a few colors.”

“This location is clean and the staff is very friendly and items are easy to find. It’s a thrift shop, so if people want new items for cheap, guess you should wait for them to go on sale at a non thrift shop store.”
