Chris was EXCELLENT! We called on a Saturday. He called right back and got us enrolled within minutes and emailed me all the instructions and information on how to use the faculty and the storage units.The facility is beautiful! 10/10. Clean, secure and top notice technology. HIGHLY recommend. Couldn’t have gotten a better rate either. It’s a steal! We are so happy.

Super easy to work with. Great customer service. Units are spacious, well maintained, and easy to access. I would give these guys my highest recommendation for storage needs!

We had a great experience getting out our storage unit. We called and Chris answered. We set up a time to meet at the storage building because Chris was in Denver. We got there 10 minutes early and Chris was already there waiting for us. He was a pleasure to talk to and made it so easy for us.

From day one I have had a great experience.The storage facility is very clean and secure also, easy to access your unit from their mobile storage app. Online payment is easy.I like the fact that they also check on the premises. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely love Burning Tree Self Storage! It's super clean, feels incredibly safe and futuristic with the digital lock that has motion detection. The temperature control is a lifesaver for our stuff, while we are abroad. Couldn't ask for a better place to keep my things. Highly recommend!
