It's embarrassing how bad they are at this location. There is zero communication between stores and the are rude consistently. The pharmacists here, and just about every Walgreens, clearly hate their jobs and every other human.

I Purchased reading glasses, but they didn’t work, I had the receipt and wanted to return them, they ask for an ID. Walgreens is not the only store, and I will not go back there again.

I called the pharmacy to ask a prescription question. They put me on hold and went to lunch. After 30 minutes of being on hold, I hang up and call back to find out they are on lunch.

Pharmacy is horrible, they will have you on the phone for hours and it keeps saying there's one call ahead of you. My prescription was sent on the morning and it's now evening and it's still hasn't been filled like America and Walgreens pharmacy's are a joke especially if I need antibiotics asap it's ridiculous.

The pharmacy had vastly improved during COVID but since early 2023 it's been terrible. Scripts are lost then found, promised to be filled later that day, but when you arrive a day later the script isn't filled. Many times meds aren't in stock. I called to confirm if a prescribed med was safe to take with other prescriptions, the person who answered the phone looked up the information and said it was safe to take. When I questioned this again, she said she'd ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist told me that it was NOT safe to take with my other prescriptions. Try a different location or CVS.

Roamed over 5 Walgreens and just couldn't get a passport photo taken but the service here was phenomenal, courteous and prompt unlike any other I have been to. Wendy was the one who assisted me.

If any pharmacy tech tells you that your prescription will be ready tomorrow then you need to know it will NOT be ready. It is NOT being worked on either. This has happened to me several times, and I anticipate having to call for a few days straight every single month.

This location has the most inconvenient hours on the planet. By 9am everyone is at school or work. Located at an extremely busy intersection between two large schools and it opens at 9?!?!!?! Could you possibly be any more inconvenient?

Do not use this pharmacy!! The workers do not care and are rude af! They will double charge your card or not even order your meds. The app also lies. Will say it's ready when it really isn't. Just save yourself all the headaches and go somewhere else. My insurance company even told me not to use them

They were doing great for months but I do not appreciate their tardiness filing my prescription. I called to check in the status and Chantal was polite but condescending and welcomed me to transfer my prescription to the Parker location. No help just more work for me. It’s not our issue that your company doesn’t properly staff.

I've had many issues with walgreens the last couple years BUT this particular store has been great! I've had a pharmacist call me to check if I was doing OK on a medication and just today I went to request a refill since I was driving by and the pharmacist was the one who came to the window and filled it on the spot because there was no line. I always get friendly service here too.

Terrible!! The pharmacy policy of whatever their person in charge feels like in regards to when prescriptions can be filled is a joke!! I was told that a prescription would be ready today, yesterday. Today I was first lied to and told that the computer system wouldn't allow them to fill it. After I explained that the individual I spoke with yesterday ran it through the system I was put on hold. After a little bit I was told that the pharmacist in charge feels like it to soon to fill. Try checking tomorrow. This inconsistency is absurd! Hopefully getting my prescription from them tomorrow and never using Walgreens again.
