Needed dry cleaning done that other business could not accomplish. Had stains on my Army dress uniform after a rowdy military ball. Outstanding results, fast timely manner. Very professional and high quality service.

Destroyed my husbands Avalanche Jersey and tried to argue with us that we brought it in like that. Does this dude think we are morons? We obviously brought it to a dry cleaners because we cared about maintaining the quality of the Jersey. Told us he washed it on a gentle cycle instead of dry cleaning because dry cleaning would have made it worse. He's well aware of what he did. Ugh. Gut wrenching.

Very quick turnaround, just overpriced for a standard job. Wouldn't recommend if you have several pieces. They also claim they offer alteration services but when I asked the guy basically told me it's not his business. When I asked him how I could get in touch with them because I needed a few pieces altered he kept saying not his business...even though he advertises.

Simply put...ARBITRARILY OVERPRICES items. Has done my husbands shirts twice before (as I have been a customer somewhere else for TWENTY YEARS--but they were bought out) without any problems. For some reason, today he decides that 1/2 of our order will be dry cleaned, including my husbands cotton shirts, which is double the price. When I asked him why, he became argumentative saying the buttons can break and he won't take that chance. I reminded him that he's laundered them before without problem. He told me to take my business up the road, that he's too busy for this. There's no need for his varying prices OR his disrespect.

This is my first time using this cleaners. I've been with the same cleaners for years, in Cherry Creek. They are family owned, professional, and they almost always do a great job. When they make a mistake, they make it right. I brought 6 items to Foxfield "Professional" Cleaners. There was nothing professional about my experience. Of the 6 items, two were denim and one was a new denim dress. Both denim items were faded and discolored in places. When I brought it to their attention, a short middle aged man told me we never have problems. "Look at all the clothes in here. We have a lot of business and no one ever complains." He refused to address their mistake and told me I could take my business elsewhere. He did not offer to fix the problem. He even insinuated because I was not white that my complaint was based on race, not the fact that they damaged my clothes. Do not bring denim to this dry cleaners. I can't believe I was insulted and my clothes were damaged. I did not even receive an apology.

You think that the job of Cleaners is to clean stains on your dirty clothes, but it’s not the case for the Foxfield Cleaners. Couple weeks ago I used their services and specifically pointed out several stains on my top, the owner marked them for special treatment. When I picked up my clothes, I noticed that the stains were still there. When I asked why they have not cleaned them, the owner said rudely “ We can’s clean all stains on all the clothes people bring” . Really? Why do we need cleaners if not to clean the clothes? I asked about refund and the owner started yelling at me saying I would never find such cheap pieces for dry cleaning. Bottom line, this isn’t even about the refund, or the qualify of work. This review is about the owner’s unacceptable attitude toward his customers
