I had an appointment for battery replacement. It took literally 2 hours to change a battery. 15 minutes of job took 2 hours.

My heater and defrost were going out on my 2016 dodge ram 2500. Made an appointment for Feb 10th. Dropped it off in the morning so they can do a diagnostic on it. They had it all day and only added antifreeze. Was told to bring it back today Feb. 17 at 7am. I did, never got a phone call on how things were going. I called at 430 and it was still in the bay and someone will call soon to update me. No one did so I showed up at 515pm to see what was going on. It was still in the bay. Finally someone came out and told me they didn't do the diagnostic and to bring it back next Saturday. I said you had it for 2 weeks and did nothing. I was pissed!!! I won't be back and I will take my business elsewhere and someone who will actually fix my truck and have better customer service.

Be wary at this place.Although I did get a tire rotation. And the job was done properly.They recommended additional work that was not needed.Such as my battery being corroded.Here is a pic of my battery at the time I left their shop

Do not go here. I came to get an alignment on my 2019 accord. It took almost 2 hours even with an appointment. I also got it inspected. The person who inspected it came out and told me it all looked good except my brakes and the abs light was stuck on and there master tech wasn't there so I'd have to go back. I got in my car and every light on my dash was on. None of my safty systems were working at all. (They have signs in there store explaining how they specialize to these types of systems in cars) When i called to go back on a weekday to see a master tech i was told i needed to wait till the end of the week when he was available. They screwed up my car and could only fix it when it was convenient to them. So i went to a different store and they fixed it right away free of charge. The inspector also said that my brakes were within millimeters and I needed to get in to get them done asap. ( I won't waste my money to have someone do that for me)So I went ahead and got new brakes, went to switch the pads and my old ones were perfectly fine. Almost brand new.This is exactly the reputation you don't want as a mechanic shop. Lying to get money. Outright despicable.Go support your local mechanics. Don't go here.

Made the appointment after they confirmed all parts were in stock for November 9th. Show up for appointment to find out they did not get the parts when they said they would. Then there was a back order for 2 months with no updates from their end. I would call for an update, again today to find out the parts have been discontinued. I also tried a different location for a new battery and spent half a day waiting because they brought 2 of the wrong batteries. So if you need parts they don't have, make sure you call ahead and confirm they have all parts on hand before you waste a whole day... Or 2 months with no solution

Always had a good experience with this location. Knowledgeable staff, quick turnaround on my vehicle, never had lingering issues. Most recent service came when I had to have my tire looked at, I was in from out of town for the holidays and they got me in right away and even though they couldn’t help due to a cracked rim, they threw the spare on and got me out within an hour.

I am continually impressed by their level of service, honestly and care here. I generally always take my car to the dealer for services in which they always recommend a huge list of other items to be done. I have then taken it to Firestone for their recommendation and generally it is about half the items for a fraction of the cost. They are always very honest with what needs to be done and doesn’t and will shop around for parts since the dealer always has the most expensive parts.This time was no different. I needed new brake pads and a few other things done and Firestone shopped for the parts and notified me it was more expensive from the dealer so looked elsewhere. They saved me a lot of money and were so kind and honest. I will always take my car here and know I’m being taken care of and will receive great service, unlike the dealer!!!

First I spent 25 minutes Friday to set up buying tires only to find out the person placed nothing in the computer and the parts department did not know why my sons car was coming in. Secondly, th stores I selected for him for Colorado weather were not available despite on Friday he said they were.The most egregious of all was a call to purchase a TPS for my sons tire but nothing on a recorded voicemail stating a lugg nut was off. Which is perplexing because I placed new brakes on 2 months ago and torque wrench them to specifications. Anyway, this was not mentioned to my son when he picked up the car either and when I arrived home from work to look at the paperwork I seen Lug Nut Missing. I was pissed to say the least, and found out it was on the front passenger side of my sons. Front wheel drive. It is a lugg nut gone which I would have purchased as I don’t want my son to get in a wreck all over a lugg nut. We we not told about this on our new tires we purchase from you all. SAD

Guest came in for a tire check, the worker up front said maybe we can it’s extremely busy in here but pull up to the bay and we’ll try to help you. The lady waited over 30 minutes and continued to wait. After she asked another employee to help her and the employee said yes we’ll get that taken care of for you. She left the worker up front made the comment that she could have went across the parking lot and filled it for free by herself. I understand that this location is under staff but this type of customer service is uncalled for. Tire check takes a small amount of time and is a service that Firestone offers to their customer. She was a mature lady that might not know how to check or even put air in her tires by herself and is dependent on places like Firestone to help her for all tire needs.

This place just screwed up my vehicle. Took in my accord for rotation and alignment. When I got the vehicle back, all my warning lights were flashing. The guy at the front desk was like - our software goes only upto 2022 and that should have messed it up, just go to the dealership. I replied with - thanks for not letting me know upfront and screwing up my vehicle.The manager eventually partially refunded the lifetime alignment and rotation amount.The sad thing is these guys don't inform us upfront about these. They ask us to go to the dealership to fix up what they broke. But will they pay for it... total waste of time and money.Please be careful when you take your vehicle to this place
