We've been taking our dogs here for a year now and every visit is always phenomenal. Our older dog needed surgery for a large mass and they kept us up to date on everything and made it the easiest process. Just recently our puppy had parvo and was not doing well at all. The vet (McKenna) was so kind and caring. She really made us feel a lot better about everything. The puppy is on the mend, and we couldn't be more thankful for the staff here.

They were able to get me in for an emergency, even on their busy holiday schedule. All the staff was very welcoming, listened to my concerns, they were great with caring for my furbaby & getting his issues addressed quickly. I will be bringing all my furbabies back here & highly recommend them. They seem to truly love their job & care for all the animals & families that come in their door .

They were great with my cat Jack... Weren't as communicative as some vets can be... Probably because they are so busy. The work with large animals too. They don't accept insurance so you'll have to submit your own paperwork. Just keep that in mind if you are using them... There are no exceptions... Otherwise, they were reasonably priced and very efficient. For most of us, that's all our furry kids need...

Great rural vet office with great staff and service. Couldn't be happier with the service I received or the treatment for my dog. Cute facility as well. I'm a little surprised by the negative reviews I see here but maybe just difficult people or fell off the turnip truck? Anyway, I was super happy.

This place is good for large pets animals horses things like that but not for domesticated cats and pets lack of empathy and kindness if the domesticated animals needs a painkiller You give it to them. I’m pretty sure guting out domesticated animals they are in need of a painkiller. That’s ridiculous. I took my animals to other vets they give them a shot for pain killer plus they sent him home with two more days. They tried to convince me that it’ didn’t need to happen again, lack of compassion and empathy. I would go to pueblo and find a vet there For your domesticated animals.

Took amazing care of our cat! Price for treatment was exceedingly reasonable. Gilly (the cat) was totally comfortable with the nurse. The building itself is very pretty and spacious, as well.

I am very disappointed. I am a first time dog mom so I don't have alot a background knowledge with regards to a dogs medical health. I was never informed what shots to get or what to consider and worst of all, I never received information about heartworm and as a result, I never got my dog started on the medication. I switched vets and had to get her a blood test to make sure she didn't have it before we can start the medication.this office put my dogs health at risk

This vet clinic is great, they explain everything in terms I can understand and also give me options on the best treatments for my animals. I really appreciate that they take the time to sit down and go over my pets x-rays with me. I live in Pueblo but it is certainly worth the hour drive to get such great service from them.

Busy place but they are always friendly and accomodating. And my dogs seem to not mind going to the Vet, which is a big bonus!

Had one of the female vets. Not happy. Took my dog in after being attacked by a dog due to the wounds not healing. when they seen him they shaved him and it was a lot worse than we thought. they cleaned out his wounds gave him a shot and sent him home with antibiotics and pain meds. once he was shaved down we realized how bad it was they said that there was nothing they can do for it because there was scar tissue. the wound got worse the next day. we called and sent pictures and they said it's fine there is nothing more that they can do for him and he's just going to have a giant hole in his body. the following day it was worst so we took more pictures and then got a hold of animal emergency hospital they urged us to take him in. when we got him there we were told that he should haven't of been sent home that way and that they should have put a drain in him as well as stich him up. The female was the one that seen my dog. when we called a few days later to make sure everything was healing fine cuz it didn't look good to us. She had us send pictures. She insisted that there was nothing they could do as they told us the first time when we took him in and that he's just going to have a hole she did not care for our animal and was very poor in the way that she expressed and took care of him.

I took my 9 week old puppy get her ears cropped, everyone was in such a hurry didn’t say anything to me at all collected payment then was handed my dog that’s it. 5 days later she got sick so I took her to the ER, she was tested for parvovirus and it was positive and they only place she has been is this clinic. My other 3 dogs all tested negative yesterday. Well today my baby gained her wings unfortunately. I called to talk to a manager who wasn’t very nice at all and very argumentative, to let them know for my due diligence. She didn’t care one bit and assured me they are a very clean environment. Just letting others know, she had surgery on July 12th. Never again will I ever go here or recommend to anyone. I woul give 0 stars if I could.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I just called them about my cat who’s had an ear infection for about three weeks, I’ve done the entire routine of cleaning the ear out, putting medicine in it to get rid of the ear mites. The lady I spoke to said “they don’t want to see my cat cause they don’t think it’s an emergency to get her seen. I got ATTITUDE and DISRESPECTED as soon as they answered. If you don’t want to be in the career you’re in and help people with pets or animals in need of help and some support, why accept new customers when you aren’t willing to help them. I tried supporting the local business but since I received disrespect on the phone as a new customer, I feel the animals are treated the same way on their first visit. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I brought my 10 month old (very vocal) German shepherd puppy here today for a hurt shoulder/foot. The vet wasn’t there, so we saw a vet tech. She was afraid of him from the initial visit, which was a red flag for me. He barked once at her and she took off backward (wrong move if he were aggressive - good thing he’s not). I asked for an X-ray to be done while we were there and offered to help with the X-ray if she wanted me handling him (since she was clearly afraid). She had another girl take him out and immediately put a muzzle on him. Without discussing this with me at all. He goes daily into public with strangers and other dogs on an almost daily basis with zero issues with anyone/thing (he ignores them). A bad experience at a vet can ruin vet visits for the life of the dog. A fearful vet tech with a muzzle is not the experience I drive an hour for him to receive. If she’s afraid of certain breeds then she should have proper training on how to act around dogs. When you muzzle someone’s dog you get their permission first. If you’re too afraid of a breed then have the handler assist. Instead of just returning my dog like asked, she came in arguing why she muzzled him. I had to repeat - I’m not arguing please bring my dog out - multiple times. Some vets don’t even use a muzzle, period, because of the trauma it can have on the dog. This should have been discussed with me prior. They had no idea why this would have been a problem.
