We recently had 3 head processed. We were VERY pleased with the cut, cost and amount of meat we received. BEST results we have had from ANY processing in the last couple years from other processors in the area. 60% meat of the on the hoof weight. We will definitely continue using Jensen's.

LOVE the work they do. Done pigs and beef there. Also considering chickens and sheep soon as well. Super friendly easy going employees. Love it there!
