Whitney went above and beyond today getting a script filled for my son that this location didn’t have in stock. I am so grateful for her follow up and dedication to get these antibiotics filled for him at other locations. Calling over to them; even calling the doctors office to have a new strength approved since that’s all the other location had. Thank you so so much Whitney!

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with various walgreens in alot if different states. This one is by far the worst. They cannot ever seem to have my Sons insulin filled on time. Almost every month there is some kind of problem. This medication is a matter of life and death. There is no excuse for them to give us the run around for 2 weeks and then to claim they don't even have any orders for it suddenly..its just gone? Unacceptable! If I could give them negative rating I would.

Always long lines for pick up prescriptions.
Been sitting here for 20 min... according to sign will open @2.... helped the 3 cars in front t of me. But I get to sit for 40 min?
No person to talk to just a sign.great customer service.

This has to be the absolute WORST pharmacy in the entire city, maybe the state & possibly a contender for the whole country. You would think that they keep a stock of some of the most prescribed medications behind the counter right? Because those are the meds that people regularly come to get RIGHT?!?!?! NOPE! They are constantly out of medications or they have to always order them from somewhere else & it’s always 3 to 5 days. So I guess I’ll just wait around with no medications while you guys get your —— together? The pharmacist can’t seem to make it into work on time, sometimes he rolls in around 10 or 11 & then goes to lunch shortly after. If you manage to catch them on a good day when the pharmacist is in & they have your meds plan on waiting 20-60 minutes, not even joking. I’ve asked them numerous times to put me on text alert for my prescriptions but that’s apparently at Herculean task so I quit asking, out of my way to a different pharmacy is well worth the time in order to avoid the headache from this place. BOTTOM LINE, AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I've had so many issues with this Walgreens.
I've had a prescription called in at 10:30am to be ready at 11:30am for antibiotics and it not getting done until 10pm when they had closed. 2 weeks later, supposed to be ready at 11:30am and showed delayed for a combo antibiotic and I called them at 1pm to ask why and it was ready within 10 min....it was a prefilled bottle! All they had to do was put a label on it.
The last straw was in the store and the clerk went and got the tube of prescription but told me I would have to wait 20 minutes because there was someone waiting for their prescription ahead of me waiting for theirs to be filled...most likely one that needed to be counted out and put in a bottle. She had my prescription in her hand and told me cost....if that isn't absurd, I don't know what is.
I'm moving my business to a different pharmacy all together. They obviously don't care about their customers....at least they made me feel like they don't.

I will be changing drug stores as Walgreens on Mesa Ridge Rd Fountain CO has to be one of the slowest pharmacies in the US! They tell you an RX is going to be ready at a certain time to come back tomorrow and it will be ready then go back the next day and it hasn't been filled and it will take at least an hour!!!!!! The staff are slow as sloths and rude to the customers!

I really wish I could do negative stars. I have been coming to this Walgreens for 20+ years. Over the last 2-3 years this store has taken a huge fall. There is really no customer service. The pharmacy is rude and inconsiderate of peoples needs. You will wait forever in line and then they won’t have what you need. I will never go to another Walgreens ever again.

Tried to use the FedEX here but they won’t print for you, even if you pay to have them print the photo. Unless you photo copy the image and send it to print that way. Unnecessary hassle. First time a fedex location has not allowed me to print the shipping label through them.

Wish this could be zero stars. Pharmacy Customer service is absolutely the worst. Tell you when prescription will be ready and never is. 24+ hours to fill a simple everyday prescription is horrible. Will never use them again.

was told my daughter daiper rash medicine would be ready in 45mins. went back an hr later was told they couldn't fill it till tomorrow.

This has to be the worst place to try to get ypur prescription filled, NEVER COME HERE, they are rude, slow and could care less about people. If I could give negative 5* I would. They need a reboot of people who care in the pharmacy just sayn.

Your associates are rude. Especially Amanda that works in the pharmacy. I don't understand why you'd choose to work with people if you're only gonna be an asshole to them.

There needs to be negative stars. The pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions because "it's his license." He thinks he's a doctor and overrides anything you're prescriber wants. Please go somewhere else if you want your meds on time. I tried going to the manager and she couldn't do anything about it either. It took 2 weeks getting my medications and I suffered the entire time.
