The lady at the front desk was the best part of my visit. Doctor was rude, and they didn’t check me for anything because I didn’t have insurance. Spent $250 to find out I need to stay hydrated and get some rest.

Edit: Raegan Bryant called me and I appreciate her taking the time to speak with me about the issues experienced. I hope to have more positive interactions in the future.
Old post:
My personal experience with a neck injury: I was told they couldn't help me and to go to the ER across the street. I went to the ER and the doctor asked why I came to the ER instead of the Urgent Care given the nature of my injury...
Fast forward and my wife is very sick with an unknown respiratory infection that did not respond to antibiotics from our primary care. There were two patients in the lobby. After waiting over an hour in the lobby (totally fine, waits happen and are understandable) my wife is taken to the back and given a room.
Another hour passes before someone takes some vitals. After over 1.5 hours in the patient room, my wife is finally seen by a Nurse Practitioner. This is nearly 3 hours after check in. She has to ask for a strep and COVID test. She is told they are out of tests but she insists. They then collect a throat culture and test for COVID. We are told the results will be done in 5 days, in the meantime she is prescribed antibiotics and steroids (again) and is told the prescriptions will be sent to our pharmacy.
The prescriptions were not sent to our pharmacy. 2 hours later we call to have the prescriptions sent. We are told, "Okay I'll leave a message for them to do that." By the time they close at 8 the prescriptions were not sent. The next day we call first thing and have to insist that they send the prescriptions right away. Finally after nearly 24 hours the prescriptions make it to the pharmacy and are being filled.
Next week, her results are in! Unfortunately we missed the call due to work and the message says to call back for results. We call. "Sorry, we cannot give that over the phone, Christina has to give the results but we'll let her know you called." ANOTHER 5 days and still no answer on her results.
We call. At first we're told that Christina is with a patient "but we'll leave a message." I say that I'll call back in 15. Now my phone goes straight to voicemail, they refuse to pick up my number. We call from a different phone and are told they are actually closed and but they'll "leave a message" and get back to us the next day. Hearing this again, my wife is in tears crying on the phone.
Finally, Coleen calls my wife and just tells her the results saying the nurse "gave her permission."
I do not recommend going here.

I expected a long wait in the waiting room, which there was. But what I was not expecting was when they said a room was ready I waited over an hour in there for the nurse to come in. I almost went to the front desk to check and make sure they didn't forget about me. They never let me know that there would be a long wait in the room. Then they said they didn't have any strep tests so they had to send it off to a lab. My nurse practitioner Christina called a few days later with the results, but unfortunately I missed the call. I called back and was on hold for 44 minutes before the phone went to voicemail. I never heard anything back so I called the next day for my results and was told only Christine could give me the results and was not in. Over the span of another week I called several more times and was told by the front desk that they'd have Christine give me a call back. She never called me back. Finally after using several different phones to to keep calling I got a hold of the front desk and they said they were closed and would contact Christina. A few minutes later I get a call from the front desk and they said they had called Christina on her day off to get my results and the front desk gave me the results even though for over a week I was told that the front desk isnt able to give out results.

Absolute disappointment. Seems like they are always closed when the door says they're open. Another time I went half an hour before close and the dr sent me to another location because he was to lazy to see someone that close to shutting the door. If you are the owner, please either close this place down or get some personnel who want to be there.

Business hours on Google say open until 8pm on Mondays so I tried to get my child there at 7:40pm for an acute issue that came up. The business hours on the door also said open until 8pm, but everything was locked up when we arrived. Would not recommend a place that isn’t reliably open when they are supposed to be open.

absolutely disappointed, I am a disabled veteran that served 9 years honorably and it's absolutely ridiculous, frustrating and embarrassing to travel such a distance for the second time in a row to this clinic so my son can be seen. he had a stuffy nose and a cough with a slight fever and we were denied and turned away because they said that they out of test the flu, covid, RSV and said that they can't even look at him or give him any type of relief from his cold symptoms at least. this is ridiculous that ever since covid-19 has happened more and more doctors / clinics / hospitals I'm not doing their job by just assuming everything is covid-19. if you're not going to help anybody then close your business doors until you get the proper test

This place was a life saver for me. I had no health insurance and didn't want to go to the emergency room and pay thousands for this illness that I had. So I went here looking for a diagnostic, paid $170 for the visit. The doctor Jonathan was able to find out that the abdominal pain I was having was diverticulitis. Apparently urgent care usually don't help with this type of condition. But he still wrote me a prescription for Amox Clav, an antibiotic for infections in the colon. Which literally helped a bunch, took a week or two to recover but I'm back on my feet now and can get proper preventive treatment .

I came in because my oxygen was low. They put me in a room after they told me it would be two hours. The lady open the door like slammed it open. Her hand was on her hip and she said, where’s your inhaler after I already told the lady at the front desk that it expired. Then she told me I needed to leave and go to the ER. This was an ER issue. Not urgent care issue.she talked to me like I was garbage. Nobody checked my vitals nobody helped me. It’s an awful place to go and I do not recommend ever going there.

This place is so useless. I'm not sure why it's here.

Front desk gal was slow and not at all knowledgeable. NP was not thorough at all- came in to exam room assuming what was wrong before minimally even looking at me. He presented himself in a very ‘know it all’ manner, yet attention to me, the patient, was poor. His preconceived notions overrode anything I said. Prescription was sent to the incorrect pharmacy, even though I physically showed the address to where I waned it sent. Only one medication was sent in, though NP had told me that there would be others. I even have the paperwork stating what would be there. Granted it was Super Bowl Sunday, but the care was subpar. There were two patients there at the time, certainly not an overwhelming number, yet the service was poor. Shame, because this place used to be admirable. Oh- the gal who triaged me was wonderful.

This business is not BBB accredited and there's a reason for it. Check them out on BBB's website before scheduling an appt. Save yourself time, frustration, and money and go somewhere else.Detail: I was seen for a prescription refill. The doc didn't include the prescription in the file. Doc left the clinic and mgmt required payment of over $200 to be paid in full before they would fix the prescription. I paid over $200 (to avoid collections) and received absolutely 0 care. I refused to go back for the "fixed" prescription in fear I would be threatened with more expenses on top of my $200.

I at first left a very negative review. I have to say, however that I am editing it to a positive one because of the way they followed up after the review. Everyone makes mistakes but I love that they addressed it and corrected the issue - that is all anyone can ask for.

I’ve been to this urgent care at least 10+ times this year. I care for foster kiddos and need an urgent care close. Their staffing issues = long appointment times (usually 1.5-2 hours long of SITTING IN A ROOM), prescriptions not being sent timely, and no way to call them if you need something and can’t drive to their center. You’ll save time driving further. I’ve really tried to give you guys a shot and understand that staffing issues happen…but when they continually happen this long it’s an owner problem not a staff problem.
