Pikes Peak International Raceway is a motorsports and entertainment venue in Fountain, Colorado. It is an amazing track with top tier amenities, including large clean bathrooms, plenty of vendors, lots of food to choose from, and cheap alcoholic beverages. Parking is a breeze with easy highway access. The venue hosts a variety of amazing events for everyone, from learning to drift to dirt tracks and gymkhana. Events like Hot Rod Rock n Rumble, Slush, a Halloween event, and the Magic of Lights drive-through are always a blast and very affordable, with tickets cheaper than most other events. The Halloween event features awesome decorations on cars and drift events, while the Magic of Lights is very cool and well-organized, with a visit from Santa. It is a fun place for families and a great place to support participants. While security is noted for keeping people safe, some feedback suggests they should learn more respect and how not to be power hungry, allowing people to have fun within safety limits. Overall, it is a recommended destination for a fun day out.
I enjoyed this race facility. It has a lot to offer. You can see drifting, burn 🔥 sections, 1/8th drag racing, motorcycles racing, and track racing. As well as great car shows. I live in Arvada area so driving to the track is an hour 1.5 to 2 hours depending on track. To and from Colorado Springs.
