Levi arrived to the location before I did. He's a combat veteran turned entrepreneur who offered me a $25 coupon and a $25 military/first-time home buyer discount, which brought his $300 fee down to $250. He was very deliberate and intentional during the inspection, while also taking his time to explain to me what he was looking at and why, whether it was typical or not, and whether I should be concerned or not. He even gave me advice on things that I could easily learn myself and projects that would be better suited to hiring a professional. My realtor told me to expect the inspection to take about an hour, but Levi took his time and spent almost 2.75 hours with me. I really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. He was also very straightforward in letting me know what the inspection would and would not cover. He also gave me a discount on radon testing which I took him up on. I received his full report just a few hours later which blew me away. It was a lengthy, detailed, and thorough report. Am I thoroughly satisfied with his service? Absolutely. Will I use him again? Absolutely. Do I recommend him? Absolutely. Thanks Levi.

Levi was fantastic. We were referred to him by a friend and is was a wonderful recommendation. We are buying a home in Colorado ( we are from out of state) and felt we could trust Levi. He took care and time to look at all the elements of the home and to answer all of our questions. He encouraged us to call him if we had any additional questions. Levi was knowledgeable about all the majors systems of the home( electric, water, cooling, roofing etc.). We were extremely pleased with his work and he got the report right to us. I highly recommend him.

Levi Martin has been my go to home inspector! As a Realtor, I have many options when it comes to who to use as a home inspector. He is professional and very thorough. He is always on time, and very efficient in his inspections. He is always kind and friendly with the buyers and answers any and all questions. I have learned a lot about the inspection process and what it entails since working with Levi, making my job more effective in the process. I would recommend APro and specifically Levi Martin to anyone that is looking for the best home inspection. This is the largest purchase many people ever make and it pays to have the best!!

Levi was kind, courteous and professional! As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to look out for but Levi was extremely thorough and explained everything he found to me in layman's terms.
