Today this place doesn't even qualify for one star. If you being on your cell phone is that important then you should not be in customer service. The guy behind counter didnt even address I was standing there . He was literally on his cell phone texting. I waited for him to finish. During him walking towards the register he made a personal phone call. 0 interaction. I had to ask for my receipt. I truly believe if you are at work you should be at work. Stop making it personal time.

Literally never had an issue at this gas station. The staff are polite and the owner/manager? ( Middle age thin white guy with a ball cap) Is almost always there and taking care of people.
Idk what people expect out of a gas station but I come here multiple times a week and they're fine.

Best gas station in the area, and I am thankful they actually had air pumps because everyone else’s were “out of order”.

Never ever will I go here again the owner is so rude . The store is filthy and if you ask a question the owner yells at you. I have also spoken to multiple customers who have complained about him .

If I could leave 0 stars, I would reject that and leave negative stars. The customer service was awful and the employee had the audacity to accuse me of stealing and told me to never come back. I, in fact was able to show him the money and pay for my items and he still accused me of stealing.

Owner put his hands on my 13 y/o grandson and accused him of stealing, which he wasn't. Police were called and they said they have an issue with this owner at all of his franchises. He's making a bad name for the corporate name. Will never shop at a Fountain/ Colorado Springs area 7-11 again.

If I could give a -10 review I would the owner is rude. He yells at his employees in front of customers. He has no respect for women at all or respect for those with disabilities and/or service animals. There are some positive employees who work there they are nice and helpful but some are just rude and crack jokes about certain disabilities that I have.

The staff here is more concerned with fulfilling online orders than helping actual people in the store. Management is garbage never enough help and that is because the owner of this store is a horrible manager
