I'm new to town. This was my first and last time in this bank. I'm switching immediately. There's 10 people in line, one person working, apparently the drive-through is permanently closed. I don't have all day to spend in line to deposit a check.

Absolutely the worst possible bank you can use because of the very rude employees and the banks lack of knowledge with Colorado laws that apparently dont apply to them. Angelica and Steven are the absolute worst humans with absolutely no manners or customer service.

Usually the drive through is backed up. There's always a line to use the ATM. Half the time the ATM is broke or out of money

7 days in a row I have called just to grab a new book of checks no one returned my call an I still have no checks i called after hours and the person in India had no idea how to make the request to my branch
