Went there the other day. The person at the counter was so rude. There was this poor guy trying to pick up a package didn't understand how our system works. Instead of explaining it nicely she was rude and condescending. And then she turns around and says well it could be on a pallet and I'm not going to go back there and unwrap a pallet to find your package. Then when we got there she was pretty rude to us as well. If you're going to be in customer service you need to be kind and not a jerk!

Sent my mail to the wrong address and when I went in to see what I could do about it they said there is nothing they can do about it

Horrible service. Constant delivery problems. Always some excuses and someone else's fault. We just want our mail. Do your jobs!

If i could leave zero stars Id do it. I went in there today to mail my daughter a package. After trying to get all my stuff in one box and not getting much help, trying to get help sealing it so the edges were carefully complete (and having the clerk be rude), and asking for tape 3 different times with the clerk being rude again staring at me and walking off like I wasnt even talking and then making snarky comments towards me, im done. I moved here a few months ago and have experienced nothing but extremely rude service w the exception of one lady being nice once. Not only did I end up driving to brush, i had to ship 2 boxes bc they didnt carry the same size as fort morgan so I wasted gas, time, and extra money all of which i didnt have thanks to Marty. If youre THAT unhappy at your job, PLEASE quit! There is no need for being treated that way!! Ive talked to SEVERAL other people whove experienced issues like this and its uncalled for!! When Ive been in there prior, the postmaster wouldnt evem address the situation i had. Theyre doing it bc they can!!
If you can avoid this post office and drive to brush, they are phenomenal!!

I have had constant problems with this post office in regards to packages being delivered. Today I received a notice in my mailbox that there was a missed delivery because there was no authorized recipient available and a signature was required. My sister, who sent the package, did not require a signature when she mailed the package. I have been home all day and nobody came to the door. I checked my security cameras and the van drove up to my front door, LOOKED AT IT, and drove to my mailbox to put the notice in.

Had an appointment for a passport with confirmation and show up they said they don’t do them at 10am even though I signed up for 10&11 I was nowhere on the schedule they also claim they don’t accept walk ins. Super annoying

They first tell me my package hasnt even been shipped even though the tracking number shows otherwise then i wait a week and come back to see if they can look it up again to see if its actyally at the post office and they refuse to check the number on tgeir computer which woukd take 2 minutes. Literally refused to look up the number the last guy says it hasnt been sent and the woman today wont do her job. Terrible employees. Pathetic service..incompetent. if it isnt delivered tomo ill have to come back tomo and do the exact same thing tomo and complain a THIRD TIME.

Awful customer service. Tried to get an address corrected that Amazon SLIGHTLY messed up. Had to call 3 times before anyone answered. And then was told I could either come down or they’d send it back to Amazon. It’s the middle farm season. I don’t have the time. I tried to explain this and the woman talked over me and then hung up. The absolute worst.

My mail carrier is always friendly and does the best job he can, especially in poor weather. I’m amazed at how much these carriers walk in a day. A few mixups but nobody’s perfect. Inside the office they do their best as well. And they’ve always been kind and friendly to me.

The local postmaster, Kathy Rastavan is the RUDEST, most unprofessional employee of any organization that I have ever encountered. The carriers are continually not delivering packages and providing redelivery slips that are not active and making us pick up our packages. When calling to request delivery, Kathy tells me that the business was closed (which is the case every saturday and sunday) or that the packages are not properly addressed to the company (but they continually deliver incorrectly addressed letters or letters not addressed to the company) and that I need to learn how for have items properly addressed and that we are abusing our carrier by having items delivered to employees at the business.I am SORRY that you cant do your job and have to make excuses for your lack of accountability and truly hope that you can pull it together or find a job where you dont interact with the public. You are a TERRIBLE representative of all the hardworking people in this office that had provided a reliable service prior to you.
