We went to the UPS Store in Fort Morgan to set up a mail box. Amy the store manager helped up do this with no hassle and so fast. This was an excellent experience. Thank you Amy!

Called Fort Morgan, Co. UPS and was redirected to this company for some help on a package. The man on the phone caught an attitude stating "They keep telling people to call this number and we have nothing to do with UPS." He got an attitude and was very snappy like he had a menstrual cycle. He was extremely rude and should be removed form the company due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I told him he did not have to get snappy with me due to the concern that I did NOT know this. Even so the number on google states that they associate with UPS. If I have to get yelled at wondering where my package is then a horrible review it is. I hope he loses his job. I was just concerned on how i can get in contact with the delivery driver. I didn't deserve to be talked to like that. Poor excuse for a company located out in Sterling, CO.

Extremely poor customer service. Very rude employee that can't do her job and gets frustrated when she's required to do her job. And expects customers to make multiple trips to the store. She would rather sit in the back eating cake and donuts than actually learn to be professional and learn to be productive

Absolutely wonderful. The clerk was super friendly and helpful. I was having issues and submitted a project with the wrong due date via their website. She was able to help correct it. The whole thing took only minutes. Extremely happy!

Great prices for shipping, always a good customer service experience - will not ship USPS for parcels ever again! I didn't have the right size box and they found the right fit and packed it all for me.
