I went for service on a factory recall. I also had a por piece of trim replaced under warranty. Either the trim was the wrong size or it was installed incorrectly.
I'm calling tomorrow to get it sorted out, if they follow through and fix it, I'll change my rating. Hopefully, the engine work they did isn't this bad. I really hate taking my car into a dealership for any maintenance work but unfortunately, it has to be done because of the warranty issue.

Had a service visit after our Catalytic converter was stolen on vacation. Angie was our advisor and was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned for us and our vehicle. Quote for service was reasonable and she was able to get us taken care of promptly! Will be back next week for the service

What a great dealership! We drove 1 1/2 hours to get there, before we arrived they had the car we wanted to test drive ready. Landon was fantastic, the whole team there took great care us. They got us a great rate, and made the process simple and fast. Love my car, thank you to your whole team!

Had vehicle towed here was told its the fuel pump. Waited 3 days for fix .only to call on third day and find out they replaced pump it still didn't start and they moved it to there parking lot for me to ha e towed. Nothing more they could do for me but I owed 1,070dollars.. now I'm towing back home at my expense and out over a thousand dollars, and hotel costs. Also called around and found they charged me more than double what other places charge... RUN.. said they had to pay over 550 for a fuel pump. I call bull**** since they only run about 150 for my vehicle..

Got my first two services through here with no issues. Easy 10k and 15k check ups. However I asked them to look why my TSS sensor for my cruise control is showing an error after I installed a new Pro Grill onto my off-road Tacoma. I asked them to just check it, which the service writer said okay but if there is something we have to do it’s $150. I said okay because I don’t want them to do anything just peek at it since they are the dealers and call me if it is something that needs to be diagnosed for approval. Ended up charging me for an hour diag, claiming it was actually 2 hours so I was lucky, and that I needed a whole new TSS sensor AND harness because it’s a totally different sensor when you change grills? So they quoted me $800. Well I never asked it to be diagnosed. On top of that, I fixed the probably with a 5 minute google search to realize that the garnish in front isn’t the new one and that’s why my sensor isn’t firing right. So I bought a $25 garnish and problem solved. No help from the master tech and McDonald. 2 stars for not messing up a simple check up prior.Services: General repairs & maintenance

This business restores your faith in the kindness of strangers. Our SUV broke down on our way to Fort Morgan, Colorado....actually, it just made into our hotel parking lot. We were in a town in which we knew no one or any services near by. Luckily, McDonald Toyota was right across the street. I called the next morning and Dallas (manager) was more than happy to help. Since we couldn't even drive the car, Dallas, and some wonderful men, pushed our SUV from the hotel, across the street to the service department! And since it was a Saturday and we couldn't get the SUV looked at until Monday, Dallas hooked us up with a rental from Toyota! Above and beyond! Once our SUV was in the shop, Angie from service kept us up to date on the progress and got us on our way! I will never be able to thank these wonderful people enough. Fort Morgan has a special place in our hearts and we will be back to visit. Even thinking about driving from Iowa when it's time for the next vehicle! Again, thank you soooo much! Words can't properly convey our appreciation and gratitude.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely wonderful service. I had to get my car looked at a couple different times for the same reason and they were nothing but helpful.
