Driver did not want to leave package at my address because person receiving it was not the person who's name was on the package. Instead of coming back the next day they returned the package to the shipper because "receiver denied the package"... Terrible experience.

I have lived at the same address longer than they have been in business. They've yet to find me. I've had more packages sent back than delivered. The USPS and UPS can find me. All emergency offices can find me. Not FedEx....they are clueless and don't own a map!
