The single worst experience I have EVER had in doing business with anyone. There is someone there that has the audacity to call himself a sales person. I made an appointment to come purchase a vehicle that I was not really thrilled about but after telling the " salesperson" three times what I was looking for and he could not seem to grasp it, I went with he offered. I took a day off from work drove over an hour to get there and lo and behold neither genie the vehicle were there. I called him three times and all three times my call went to his voicemail ( SURPRISE!!!) Nor did he answer any text messages. If you like having to repeat yourself, have your time wasted and not even hava a call or a text returned after your time is wasted, then this is the place for you, if not, I'd skip this place. It has been a complete waste of my time and energy.

If zero stars were an option I would have to give that rating unfortunately. Whether it is sales, finance, service or management. They all are flawed to say the least. First of all, I brought in a 2023 F150 King Ranch 5.0 that I bought new, put on a lift, tires, and wheels, an aftermarket Roush exhaust, and a Ford Whipple 3.0 supercharger to get a trade in offer. The truck in stock condition blue books at $52,000. I put over $20,000.00 in upgrades into the truck with no expectations to get that back when I sold especially not trading in, but did expect a significant bump from Blue Book considering the FORD supercharger kit was $15,000 installed alone. Pretty easy sell when a truck is putting out 700 HP especially considering the Raptor R and Shelby F150s with the same HP sell for $30k over MSRP. The sales manager was ignorant to these facts and with a straight face offered $54k. Two thousand over KBB value. He stated "it will be pretty hard to sell a used truck for more than a new truck just based on a supercharger". Everyone is literally looking for power right now and a King Ranch with 700 hp is a lot cheaper than a Raptor R. Needless to say that dude is a joke. I ended up trading the truck into another Ford dealership that has a clue for $70,000. Korf was the lowest trade offer by thousands and I got offers from 10 different dealers.
This isn't the only issue. We bought a 2023 F150 Powerboost 2 months or so ago and after driving 200 miles there was an issue with the Hybrid system. We brought the truck in and requested to swap this truck out for another 2023 Ecoboost that they had because the problem was a known issue. They claimed the deal was financed already, could have been, but likely wasn't, but said they needed to try and fix the issue first. I agreed and they ended up finding some computer updates that should fix the issue. They gave us a loaner with 5 miles to E and we had to request for them to put gas in that vehicle as well. A couple weeks later now and that issue has not returned, however, the truck is popping up a 12V not holding charge issue. Mind you, still a brand new truck. My wife called to get her truck in and they stated to bring it in when she could. She went straight to the dealership today about 15 minutes after that call, a Wednesday, and she was told that they could not even look at the truck that continues to have issues until Tuesday of next week. A truck that this dealership sold that is very clearly faulty is not a priority for them. They then stated "oh, it's just a battery voltage issue" as if a battery not holding voltage in a truck with less than 1500 miles on it is just a normal occurrence. On top of this, my wife walked into the dealership and heard the very same sales manager that has zero clue and some other manager laughing and joking about our issue. I personally do not think this is funny and it shouldn't be to them. The sales manager is as bad at his job as I have ever seen. To add on further, the loaner they gave us reluctantly this time around has 60 miles to E, they clearly have a problem keeping gas in their vehicles, and it immediately had a low tire pressure light. They do not maintain vehicles on their lot, and their staff throughout have very little customer service skills.
I won't get into the issues a good friend of mine had with his purchase and the debacle they went through, but I will say he has had the truck over a month also and just last week was sent updated paperwork to finally get the vehicle financed.
I recommend doing absolutely zero business at this place.
Update: The GM told my wife that if I could help them out by removing this review that it would be easier for them to just do their job which he categorized as bending over backwards.
A week after they returned our truck with the 12v issue, it happened again. They blamed my wife and said she must be leaving something on (I literally check this truck nightly). This is a common
