Broke down on my trip from mn to az in fortmorgan. Called 15 other shops and bullet was the only one who could get me in on newyears weekend to keep me rolling !!(Needed an injector) The shop was very well kept and the workers were very friendly. Met the owner briefly while we waited and they even invited us to lunch with them.- didn’t want to intrude with our 2 dogs and baby, that they had absolutely no problem with quartering for the day.Great shop 5/5 would be my shop if I was local.

We are not local to the area, but while traveling experienced a wheel bearing failure on our camper. Bullet and crew really came through for us, extremely professional and nice, got us on our way way very quickly. If we lived there I would bring all my work there. ?????

Our trailer was towed for a blown wheel bearing. Tabitha was wonderful to work with. Friendly and knowledgable.The shop assessed the situation quickly and expedited repairs.

Usually coming into an automotive repair shop is intimidating and scary, but Tabitha at the front made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. She spoke to me as if we had been old friends. Had multiple family and friends who went there multiple times to get something fixed only to find out they didn't fix the problem and broke something else. Cost us tons of money for their service which never worked! They would keep telling us they fixed the problems only for the car to break down! Never coming here again.Service: Transmission

They were very friendly and helpful. They treat me with respect and didn't assume I didn't know anything because I'm a woman. Some places treat you like you don't know anything because you're a female. Bullet didn't do that they even came and picked me up so I could get my truck. Bullet will inspect your vehicle and give you a list of what they found. Then you decide what you want fixed and that's what they do. I like the fact they only work on the repairs you want done unless it's a safety concern. Bullet is definitely a place l would recommend for any auto repair doesn't matter if it's a truck, car , or semi truck. They treat you right .
