Saturday we went through Fort Morgan and unfortunately ran into car problems as we hit town. We live 4 hours away so reasonably we were so so worried about everything… We stopped at Autozone to get some things to try and fix our motor and just NOTHING was working. Normally my husband and I are on our feet and we’re sufficient enough that we’re the ones usually to help others out. However, here lately we’ve been incredibly down on our luck the last couple of weeks so this was just kind of the cherry on top of everything lately. We had pretty much given up hope, but the employees there really just were not going to let that happen! I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Sara, Jesse, and Jade because they genuinely went so far out of their way just to help us get the 4 HOURS back home safely!! I simply cannot thank them enough honestly. They even made sure we were good and didn’t need anything else before they closed up the store I really don’t think we would have been able to make it back home safe if it wasn’t for them and hopefully once I’m more on my feet I can come in and repay them in some way. There’s people in my home town that never would have helped me like that, and I really just wish we had more people like them in the world ??

Kendra deserves a raise. She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when my alternator was going out on my way home. She diagnosed the problem and connected me with someone who could provide the service that I needed. I got home the same night with my two daughters. Thanks so much!!!!!

I told a client of mine the next time she was in Fort Morgan to stop by Autozone and ask for Kalee for assistance with her brake light. She did just that, and was able to have Kalee change out her brake light. It's nice to know we still have kind people in this world! I will always send my clients to Autozone.

My daughter and I were driving her to Colorado from Ohio and noticed the license plate light was out. Kaylee, the store manager, was awesome and picked out the right bulbs and changed them for us. Great customer service and would recommend this store to anyone.

Absolutely the worst service we have received from a parts store. We ordered a part, nobody assigned a name to it so it was lost, we arrived at the store and it took 4 people for them to tell me it was lost and to get my money back. The employees were not friendly and did not have an apology or any resolution to the fault on their part, every single employee that we dealt with was rude and the lady that could not seem to comprehend anything rudely crumbled my receipt and threw it. Absolutely will never return to this store and will not recommend to anyone.

We went in there today to get gaskets. Online they were priced at under $7. The person behind the counter proceeded to give us a price of $25 for two of them. And, while we were waiting, the people who were in back doing stocking were cussing, being loud and obnoxious. We went out to the car and proceeded to get our gaskets at another store for a little over $4 a piece. This was around 4:30 p.m. if it makes a difference. Your counterperson was somewhat rude. Not good business at all.
