He was able to quickly diagnose what the issue most likely was, at least enough for me to give details to my rental car company over the phone. He had my safety in mind and advised me on what to do. “I broke down just outside of town and limped my vehicle in to them. They were the 4th company I called in the town but the only one that would get me in that day. Not only did they fix my vehicle but they told me exactly what was wrong, charged a completely fair rate, and didn't try to get me to do unnecessary repairs (though they were definitely in a position to take advantage if they tried).
