I wish I can give more stars for Duane at Twin Peaks Inspections. He went above and beyond when inspecting my home before the one year new build warranty was up. He was very thorough and provided photos and a detailed report of everything that needed attention. I will definitely be using Duane again in the future and highly recommend him to others needing inspections for their homes. Thank you Duane for everything!

We were very pleased with Twin Peak Inspections. Duane came out to our house on a weekend since we could not make a weekday appointment work. He spent extra time with us going over his findings and explaining the background behind how a home should be built so we could understand the areas that are not visible behind drywall. We would definitely recommend Twin Peaks Inspections to anyone looking for quality and a friendly inspector!

Twin Peaks Inspections was a recommendation from the realtor and I'm so glad they did. I called on a Sunday and they got back to me right away with options and costs of services (radon testing, sewer scope) as well as scheduling options. The entire process from scheduling to receiving the report was fast and easy. When Duane went over the report with us it was thorough, allowing us to know much more about the house we were buying. Duane was punctual, courteous, very thorough, and explained everything to me in a very comprehensible manner. I was surprised at the level of detail provided and due to the nature of the purchase contract, there were a few minor items (installation of GFCI outlet in kitchen) which were left to my discretion. At the end of the inspection the report was delivered quickly and contained excellent detail. I would definitely recommend Twin Peaks Inspections.

The inspection Report was so detailed, with pictures of everything that was an issue. Duane is so professional and easy to work with, I am an Agent and had him do my own house when we bought. I cant say enough how great it is to be able to trust your inspector and I definitely trust this Company!!!
