Campers are going to need work to get them exactly where you’d like them. Mericle has the best service department that’s helped me build my lil Real-Lite 1805 truckbed camper into an off-grid beast with over 500 aH of battery and 300W of solar. I trust their work, and Jason will help me DIY what I feel comfortable with by drawing out electrical diagrams, maps of the studs, etc. They’re passionate about off-grid builds and will spend hours explaining things to you and recommending products. And if you’re unsure about driving up to Ft Lupton, the town has the best tacos. Enjoy your life and get a camper and get some tacos.

Used them 1st for service, which was very prompt and professional. They had a class C on their lot we went and checked out after picking up our travel trailer. Took a few weeks to work out a deal, but the buying process was overall very good. We love our new coach.

Bought a Braxton Creek here. Larry in sales was good, Brian in finance was friendly and helpful, and Larry in service was very informative on the trailer and enjoy his friendly assistance. I would recommend this small rv sales place.

Pleasant experience purchasing camper topper. Not so pleasant dealing with the service department, especially the manager Jessie Valdez. He informed me he could get the parts, then he said he couldn’t, then he said they were for warranty only, then he said I not to grumble at him. He is very unprofessional, horrible basic communication skills, poor attitude. After dealing with him it is making me buy my new camper elsewhere.

Easy going experience. No high pressure sales tactics here. Larry ensured we understood exactly what features the camper had versus what it did not. No gimmicks and no attempts to upsell the proverbial undercoating. Also, the price you see is the price you pay. They're not going to sneak in a bunch of fees, nor are they going to require you to use their financing in order to get the advertised price. Just a good old fashioned business deal like you'd hope every RV dealer would do. Not all RV dealerships are created equally; Mericle simply does it better than the competition.

Bought a Bushwacker 17BH from these people and have hated every interaction since. Most critically I had a recall on the low pressure propane disconnect on the side for a grill. Their solution to the problem? Remove the entire disconnect! I assumed a base level of competency so I didn’t check their work until I got under my trailer the following summer and discovered I could no longer grill! Spare yourself the headache and go somewhere else.Addendum: the other major issue I brought the trailer in for, my broken water pump, is still broken! They charged me hundreds in labor and did nothing but take my ability to grill away. These people are the worst.

Well we can start with sales team. They were kind, knowledgeable, and Efficient. Brandon is the sales man who took us around the lot and showed us all the different rvs. Like I said they were very patient and answered all of me and my partners questions. Once we landed on a unit the sales process was also very easy. We had to finance, and it was quick and painless. We then finished off the paperwork with Brian who was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about our loan and our unit. The sales manager Jesse was also a delight to deal with. He helped us fix redo and find the right fan to replace the original one we had. He was amazing. So highly recommend Mericle RV they were just all around great.

Bought my used 2018 Falcon Travel Lite in August, and went on a trip where the side panel fell apart. Fixed the side paneling which I get was bought as is, so insurance covered it. However the inside panel where it was fixed on the outside is now pushed out and they are saying there is condensation (water damage), which they won't fully cover while the RV was in their care and never had those issues when I dropped it off. Disappointed to say the least. Would not recommend buying or servicing your RV here.

We own a 5th wheel and were having trouble w two of the three slides. Mericle got us in the same week we called, Tiffany did battle with the warranty people for us, and they had it back to us within a few days of getting parts. We highly recommend Mericle RV!

On our trip back to Arkansas, our camper developed a water leak. Stopped by there on a Friday afternoon but was met by the owners, service manger, and technician.They were generous with their time, attention, and skillfully made the repair and got us back on the road!Looking forward to doing more business with them!
