We had our car repaired and they gaVe us 2 different headlights, didn't replace the undercarriage guard and failed to fix the AC not once but twice and still doesnt work. Would not recommend and were terrible about keeping us updated on status of work

Donna seemed cool to me but very distracted on the phone with what sounded like non business related chatter. I had a spare vehicle so was in no super big rush to get my 4runner back, but every time I called to get an update nobody answered or she was "waiting on parts." Yes they did fix the damage, but it was so simple that a friend told me it should've been a week turn around, not a month. State farm recommended this shop. I do not.

My girlfriend took her vehicle here to have hail damage repaired, they guaranteed it to be done in 30 days, no communication and when we called them we got nothing but lies. After 21 days we went and looked at her vehicle and all that was done to it was disassembly. We talked to the manager and she guaranteed it would be totally complete in 5 days. This was on a Monday, on Friday when it was promised the entire shop shut off their phones and closed up the shop, towing all of the vehicles that were still there needing work to other body shops except for her vehicle. They locked her vehicle behind the fence and told her nothing, on the following Monday she finally got ahold of corporate and they sent the “district manager” to let us in. When we got to the vehicle it was still torn apart and no work had been done other then the disassembly and absolutely trashing the inside of the vehicle. The “district manager” told us that she had never seen a customers vehicle that filthy and that it was unacceptable for a shop to do that and it was a shop’s responsibility to keep a customers vehicle reasonably clean and that we can take it to a detail shop and they would pay for the cleanup. We took it to a shop and got it cleaned, the bill was over $700 because of the bondo dust that was inside the vehicle from leaving the doors open while they worked on other vehicles. That was in late August of 2023, it is now June 6 w2024 and the bill still hasn’t been paid and I when she checks with the “district manager” she says it been sent to the payment department. I would definitely find somewhere else to send your car to get worked on. This place sucks!!!

After driving around trying to find a body shop I ended up at Kaizen in Fort Lupton. Without an appointment they took care of my problem immediately. I could not be more please with the service. Thank you Thank you Thank you

Kaizen Ft. Lupton does an excellent job. We have had 2 vehicles repaired, and were completely satisfied with both. The staff went above and beyond what was expected. They even completely cleaned the inside of my vehicle. If needed we will definitely go back.

I had an amazing experience with my vehicle. I got struck by another vehicle and the person's insurance suggested I went to Kaizen. I gave them a call and within a few days they had me in, communicated thoroughly throughout the entire repair. They also finished up several days earlier on my vehicle as well.

I was completely satisfied with the service and Auto Body Care that I received at Kaizen Fort Lupton however they overcharged me! The front desk gal told me it was corporate who should send me the refund check. This was back in November when she told me it would be 7 to 14 business days. I have yet to see my refund check!!!??Unfortunately it has deterred me from using them in the future or referring them for that matter!!

Since I’m sure this review got deleted here it is again…I agree with all of these negative reviews ive seen how donna operates first hand and I’m convinced that any 5 star review with her time there was either a plant or a strong arm as I’ve seen her do both…I worked here at the beginning of 2023 and I had never been in this industry before I was promised all kinds of training and opportunities to learn that I never received. I was there for 6 months and had to teach myself everything that I figured out to do because getting any training from Donna was non existent. Not only that but the store would open at 8 and close at 5 and she would show up around 11 or 12 unless the big boss was coming in and whenever she actually was on the phone (which was a lot) it was always a personal call. What ended my time there was that she wanted to cut my hours down to 3 days a week and cut my pay as well by $3/hour and she cited it as poor work performance yet I had no idea what I was doing due to a severe lack of training

I contacted Kaiser Collision Center regarding repairs for my car. Katie was a pleasure to talk with and was very helpful. Jake was responsive and kept me informed regarding the status of repairs. I’m thrilled with the finished product! Thank you.

I hit a deer on 119 early one morning. I took my truck in to kaizen collision. I was greeted by Katie she came out and wrote an estimate I had called around and no one could get me in before February. I was able to get truck in within a week. I was really happy with the repairs done. The technician noted a couple of taillights out Jake called me up to inform me and replaced them free of charge. Would recommend
