The online store said they had something available for pickup at the store. The store had zero of the items in stock. Don't trust ordering online and expect to pick it up. The store could not even order the item.

IF YOU PAY WITH CASH, BE SURE TO COUNT YOUR CHANGE OR THE LITTLE LATINA GIRL WITH THE ATTITUDE WILL ROB YOU. I was shorted $10 on my change, which is no big deal, but when I went back inside to tell her, I received nothing but evil stares, overt attitude, and zero apologies even though I proved my case. I was treated like some jerk just for asking her for the correct change. Even her supervisor treated me foul for no good reason, pouring over a 2 item receipt for nearly 3 minutes trying to find a way out of giving me my $10 that I was shorted. I did get the money i was shorted, but I have never been treated so badly by staff of a place of business before when I had done nothing wrong. I will never visit this overpriced den of snakes again.

We are seriously spoiled to have an amazing Ace Hardware store. They have everything, staff are helpful and nice.

As a hometown hardware store, they have 90-95% on what I need for home repairs and projects and the ACE Rewards program has saved me a bunch of money over the years. My one wish is that they had more of a lumberyard for wood supply. Also have to pay attention to prices, some items cost more than at the big box stores; I write it off as paying for the convenience of having it within a half mile of my house.

This store has really gone down hill. I have live in Fort Lupton for nearly 20 year and have used this Ace to get odds and ends for my business, house, animals, and garden. Today I started walking into the store a 7 minute to 5pm and a employee stepped in front of me and told me they were closing and to turn around. I tried to explain that I just needed a pipe fixing and would be in and out before 5pm. He was very rude in telling me I needed to leave and that he would. It let me go any further.
If I was a manager or owner I would be very disappointed in this behavior.
I will be calling in to fill a complaint tomorrow.
They lost my business today.

I've been to this Ace several times recently as my daughter bought a home in Fort Lupton. I have never been greeted by an employee or asked if I was looking for something before I hunted down an employee to get help. Today the employee I found could do no more than show me to the aisle where the item I was looking for was. He couldn't answer any ?s about the product and he said no one else in the store could either. He was right. On top of that the product he told me was $37 rung up at $50. Thanks to YouTube I was able to complete my repair by cannibalizing parts from a different product. Really disappointing for a store that claims to be "the Place" for all your hardware needs.

I would like to give Weston K with Ace Handyman Service a five star review. He was at my home a few weeks ago to put up several wall hangings. He did a good job and was very professional. He was a joy to work with.

Staff was helpful and friendly, helped me figure out some some last minute repairs and had some fuses that no one else had, prices were ok overall.
