I love this store. Every time I come in, they always show me love and always have great conversations, so great that I find myself staying in the store for an hour or two. Great job to this 7-11 team especially Domini and Crystal! You guys make my day!

Advertising $3.15 pg for Diesel.Prepaid $600.Pumped my fuel only to realize they were actually charging $3.49 at the pump.That's a $62 difference.Theft

Food made me sick many times, card machines have gone unfixed for months, swipe 5 times every time, I used to eat here daily, never again.

This is not the first time somebody has complained about it I’m sure.I have been to this 7-11 multiple times. Not because I like coming here, more out of necessity.Manage your people to replace the freaking receipts at the pumps. There has not been ONE time that I was able to retrieve it there. It’s a complete waste of time having to go inside, wait in line and then to be treated poorly because you’re asking them to hand you a piece of paper.What a complete PITA!Do betterAlso, if you send a canned response, it’ll go on deaf ears, similar to this review.

Literally every time I come here my card declines on the pumps for no reason, and today my card even declined in the store and the employee was rude about it and there was no reason for my card to decline so something must be wrong with they card readers. This place is also very dirty for being new.

Their fuel pumps, pay at the pump, often don't work correctly! Can't read the debit/ credit cards, don't recognize the PINs, and can't get a receipt. I've gone into the store a number of times to report problems, but no one seems to care.

My brother-in-law stopped and cashed out a scratch ticket The cashier gave him a receipt told him to take it to another gas station they would give him the money when he went to 5 gas station Told him that it was already cashed out so we went back and talked to that lady where she wanted to steal that $150 that my brother-in-law never going back there again

So I went to store today to make a payment and as I walked out to my truck the manager music from fortlupton walked up to me and said I was trespassing and not welcome there pore people my dogs have more maners they are all so un professionals management suck at that store ?.

They have "sales" on drink sizes they don't carry. The manager and assistant manager are argumentative, and they don't care about customers. I went from spending $11/day 5 days a week there to never shopping there again. This place is ran terribly.

I'm a huge fan of Laredo Taco Co and was willing to make the drive but I could not have ever expected the experience we had. Domini, first of all needs a raise, because WOW!! what an asset. I can honestly say she provided legitimately the best customer service experience I've ever received in Colorado. The whole team at this store was outstanding, I'm absolutely impressed! Thanks again to Domini, we will definitely make the drive again.

Going downhill quickly, done fueling company trucks here.. none of the pumps print receipts, very dirty for how new it is, terrible customer service, employees are always rude. Sad.. I can only imagine the management.
